My experience at OSR North Phoenix was exceptional. I had no idea what to expect but Sean and team know what they are doing and made my PT journey a huge success. Everyone made the PT experience tollerable and I would highly recommend OSR. In fact, I will be return when I have to do my second knee replacement. Great job!

OSR North Phoenix location in Tramonto has an amazing staff. The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating with appointments and insurance questions.
Mike Peronace, PT Clinic Director and his team are well versed in treating all types of patients needs. They have great interpersonal skills that make your rehabilitation process enjoyable and rewarding. I am a retired RN and can proudly recommend this is where you need to go for your rehabilitation. You will feel better!

I've been using OSR for over 20 years since they opened their first location in Anthem. I now go to the Tramonto location in North Phoenix. Mike P, Darryll and Tina the scheduler are the best. I would recommend OSR for anyone who needs physical therapy.
