Our Kids West is a very loving and welcoming environment for all children. The staff is always communicating and keeping us up to date. The teachers work hard at keeping the building and classrooms clean. They engage in great team building activities. The school does fun activities with the children, including crafts, music, outdoor play, and has a great soccer program. This school is CLASS credential as well.

I was so nervous as any new parent is leaving their child in the care of complete strangers. But the staff was so warm, welcoming and caring. My daughter loves her teachers and she gets so excited when I drop her off every morning. She is learning and developing so much. I am so thankful that they provide her with healthy meals everyday!

Our daughter has been going here since she was one! We found the daycare prior to relocating to the area.. basically taking a leap of faith. She absolutely loves it and loves all the teachers. She loves it so much she never wants to leave at the end of the day!

I have my daughter in the baby room, the teachers are so good at making her feel so welcomed n comfortable. They watch every baby super good and make sure every baby is safe n well taken care off. Something I appreciate so much is all the updates through out the day .

Our 1 year old started 6 months ago with Our Kids West. Compared to other daycares, this is the best I've found! Sandra and Josh are amazing with the enrollment process and were very helpful in answering all of my questions when we did the tour. The ones room teachers are phenomenal and have made my little one feel at home. Every time she seems them, she lights up! I highly recommend this daycare!

I am highly disappointed with our time at this establishment . My son is a very active 2 year old with big emotions, and struggles with nap time - I know this and this was fully disclosed to the center. My son also had surgery scheduled for his ears for a few weeks after start date and we’re hoping that would help. Because my son was not transitioning with the nap and only sleeping 30 min to and hour, on the 6th day of attending the center we were told we could PAY FULL PRICE FOR PART TIME HOURS and pick my son up before nap time- or find other care.
I also want to note that I am a very involved parent and brought weighted blankets, pacifiers- bought gourmet cupcakes for the staff with a hand written thank you note for their patience after the first few days. I was not just dropping him off and running for the hills- I was actively trying to work with them to help in the transition AND show my appreciation.
As beautiful as this facility is, everything colorful and bright- and the owner greets you with a smile but she’s the only one. The director made us feel like a burden from day one and every morning we were met with a scowl.
I just don’t understand how you expect a 2 year old to fully transition in one week and expect any family to pay full time price and demand the child be picked up by lunch.

I’m also just finding out now that my son was but while I’m their care because no one called or notified me and they had my babysitter sign the incident report. I got a phone call for everything else, just not my son getting hurt/bit.

My daughter has been going here for 5 months already and she has learned so much. Her teacher, Ms. Roxana, always gives updates about my daughter throughout the day and sends pictures as well. They do many holiday activities and learning activities. Definitely recommend.
