I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the three exceptional physical therapists who have played a crucial role in alleviating my neck pain over the past few months. My journey began with persistent neck discomfort starting in August of 2023. After unsuccessful treatment elsewhere and an MRI revealing a herniated disc in my cervical spine, I pursued various avenues including pain management and epidural steroid injections without relief.

It was then that my sister recommended seeking out therapists certified in MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy). I chose this facility and had the privilege of working with Aly Dhanani, Gina Tice, and Samantha Klotz. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident from the start. What impressed me most was their focused approach – each session was dedicated solely to my care, ensuring I received their undivided attention. I always felt heard and valued as they diligently addressed my specific issues.

The at-home exercises they prescribed were straightforward yet remarkably effective. Transitioning between therapists was seamless; they were always up-to-date on my progress and seamlessly continued my treatment plan. Their proactive approach and thorough understanding of my condition significantly contributed to my progress.

Now, after 12 months of grappling with pain, I can confidently say that I am feeling markedly better and am virtually pain-free. I am deeply grateful for the outstanding care provided by Aly, Gina, Samantha, and the entire team. Thank you for helping me regain my quality of life – your dedication and expertise made all the difference!

This Wellness Center is among the best value for the money that we have found. It is scrupulously clean, especially the locker rooms where many gyms fail the clean test, in my experience. It is a full service gym with every machine you can imagine, free weights, swimming pool, therapy pool, sauna, run/walk track and classes of all kinds. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, if you need assistance. You cannot go wrong considering this as your go-to place to improve or maintain your health.

I joined the 30 dollars for 30 days. I've gone every day since I joined! I absolutely love this gym. The lap pool and therapy pool are the best. The machines are clean and easy to use. I can't wait to explore more as time goes on. The locker room and showers are spotless. I feel like I am at a spa. Nice that towels are provided. I'm so happy that I saw the 30 for 30 ad on Facebook!

I've been working out and going to gyms for 50 years, starting with the YMCA back home in Pennsylvania. And I've also been a participant here in Tampa Bay over the years. This gym, the Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is by far the best and my favorite. A few of the reasons--it's clean as a pin; the equipment is new and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, qualified and professional. And it's affordable--not cheap, exactly, but certainly along the lines of you- get-what-you-pay-for (senior discount and all).

But probably the thing that impresses me most is that attitude of the place reflected in its name--WELLNESS. There is a holistic aura inside this gym that I find not just helpful but actually comforting, confidence building and solely directed toward my well being. I highly recommend this facility.

Overpriced and under maintained. This gym is the most expensive gym in Pasco County; however, the equipment is better maintained in the $10 a month gyms. There was a towel shortage for months do to the washing machine being broken (really...). The place has an army of staff; however, only half of them are helpful. In addition, the place is riddled with privileged people with zero gym etiquette.

Fantastic center. The people are great. the classes are awesome and it is clean! It does not feel like a gym. It feels like you have escaped to a spa. Really nice facilities. Everything from hot yoga, spinning, all the Les Mills classes, great pool. you can watch t.v. or listen to music on the equipment. It keeps track of your work-outs which is neat. I couldn't say enough positive things about this place!

My wife and I have belonged for 5.5 months and find the classes and instructors top notch. We are moving in 30 days and will miss our favorite exercise facility ever. Thanks to the staff for the cleanliness of the facility, this made the difference. Also we enjoyed the type of music being played while working out.

My review is for the Physical Therapy I received from Gina Tice (mckenzie certified). Was suffering from shoulder pain for 4 months. Got better in a month after seeing Gina. Prescribed exercises really helped me get better. Therapy was one on one and good amount of time was also spent on shoulder massages. During my therapy sessions Gina made me use the gym as well. Which was helpful. I may eventually sign up for the gym after my 2 week trial. On a side note I noticed staff cleaning up equipment very frequently.
