thad has been a major part of my mental health journey for the past 5 years, and has also been a great help to my family members as well!! his genuine and caring attitude have created a warm and open environment, where i feel comfortable asking questions and being entirely transparent! i have never had a provider who puts as much effort and thought into their patients treatment. i always feel comfortable expressing any concerns or thoughts, because i know thad is eager to help and make adjustments where needed. i am incredibly thankful for the hard work and care i have received from him, and will always recommend him!!

Dr. Owens is a very kind, understanding, and helpful doctor. He takes time to get to know you, listens to you, and is the best doctor I have had in a long time! I was able to get a last minute appointment due to someone cancelling which was very accommodating for my schedule. 10000/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time in my life that I actually enjoyed talking to a doctor. Thad Owens is honestly the nicest and most helpful doctor I've ever met. His receptionist is very kind and helpful as well. Also, being able to attend an appointment from the comfort of my home was really nice. I highly recommend Owens Healing Journey Psychiatry.

Thad Owens is kind, professional, competent and willing to help. He spent less than an hour with me and helped me sort through almost all the complications I was facing at the moment. I highly recommend his services. 10/10 His receptionist is so sweet too!

Third party billing, office has no contact with them. If you need help you are out of luck. Would have liked to have been scheduled.

Edit: Receptionist called after leaving this review crying and yelling at me to take this down. Be careful receiving help here, this was pretty jarring and I'm too fearful of asking for anymore help from them.

Left hand don't know what the right hand is doing and they blame each other!.

The way they do the medical billing and insurance is through a third party, and they don't communicate accurately.

I was scheduled for a 11:30 appointment,
And he was a No show.
His office called me an hour later to try and get me in but i already canceled and closed my account with the third party , once he was a no show ,.
.
They need to drop the third party for insurance.
It's a hassle.

Dr. Owens was personable, very understanding and incredibly knowledgeable in developing a treatment plan for me.
Telehealth format is so convenient, and Dr. Owens' scheduling is quick and painless! Highly recommend him!!
