if you have any choice do not use this clinic. I came here of my own volition seeking HELP, only to be treated like dirt, lied about & put in a situation that was my worst nightmare, that thankfully I was able to get out of very quickly, because it was baseless & a bald face lie. the receptionist staff is AMAZING & that’s where the good care stops. If you need genuine help, this isn’t the place for it. They’ll change your therapists multiple times a year with no warning, there’s a doctor on staff here who should not be licensed or have a job here anymore & they know exactly why & that what she did was more than wrong, yet she still has a job ? I’d give 0 stars if I could ?

I have been coming here for many years and I am very happy with the therapeutic services they provide. My gripe is with their aggressive billing department. Ever since Arisa took them over they will frequently call you about an invoice you received mere days earlier on an otherwise paid off account. Some of us receive our income once a month and pay our bills accordingly. You shouldn't be harassing your clients unless their account is in arrears. It appears they are having cash flow problems. Hopefully they don't go out of business.

Y'all need to learn to answer y'all phone so I can reschedule from a different facility. But I guess u guys can't do that. I just deal with my mental health on my own. I will tell everyone that I know do not come here At all. Since y'all can't access y'all phone. Worst staff.

Do not go to them. I’ve been receiving psychiatric treatment from them for almost six months and have had my appointment rescheduled so many times that I had to see a different psychiatrist in the interim. They will deny sending you your test results despite you requesting them until you spend your copay yet again for another appointment. They also didn’t follow treatment plan and sent me in a medication I had never heard of, discussed, yet alone agreed to do, only then to make me schedule another appointment to get the medication I was originally supposed to be on. Even if you have severe side effects to a medication, they won’t change it to something else until you schedule another appointment despite only seeing them 4 days earlier. It does not matter if the psychiatrist says to call them and they will send something in after a few days if the medication doesn’t work. This then leaves you without anything for weeks. You will never talk to a nurse directly when you call and have to leave a voicemail each time. You will not get a same day response either, no matter the severity of your problem. They milk your copays out of you to get you coming back sooner and sooner without you ever improving in your health. Save your time and the worsening of your mental health and do not go here.

Both therapists I've gotten to know have been kind and caring. The lady at the front desk the nose-piercing she's really respectful and nice. If you respect them they will respect you! Treat them how you want to be treated. And for the comment from the employee who works here ur, not a nice person, and you Mama are a Karen. calling people who need help names on here isn't okay ill be reporting you to ur boss, you are very much unprofessional! Have a blessed day and bless ur little heart. But to everyone else, they have made changes please give them another try!

I will cancel my appointment. After I spoke with my provider's nurse whom I was going to see next week. The sound of her voice and way she talked with me on the phone triggered me as I am a Schizophrenic and I have other mental health illness. I am looking for other place for adult outpatient service. Some people at this place are nice, but I don't like the way or her tone the nurse talked with me on the phone. These kinds of people who work at these mental health facilities should not talk this way to their patients..

They are garbage and to top it off they got hacked and now my info is probably out there. Congratulations OGC, didn't think you could do any worse but you surprised me once again.
