Pace was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life going there only held me back I many ways they would always favor specific girls and mainly the most popular ones the ones that always bullied everyone they would favor and when you would try and get help with that they would say your the problem and use your coping skills and Al they fought me to do is write in a book to help me which never actually did, and when I actually did write in a book about my parents they told me I was in the wrong. The teachers would always make fun of you and put you down the school was disgusting never cleaned they cleaned with straight vinegar and only that, they would force us to do yoga for their money and if we didn’t want to do it then we would get a bad grade. And during the summer I went there and I only went to get extra credits and they promised me I would but when I switched schools after the summer they never have them to me or my friend who also left and said that they don’t transfer like that and wasted our time. Right before people graduate they change their credits to the 24 credit plan without asking or getting permission trying to keep them there longer and everyone they did it to never wanted the 24 and were already supposed to be graduated and eventually my old friend just left and never finished school because they did that and also took up her 2 years to do all the 18 then right before the 2 years were done changed it to 14 trying to make her come back again. They would always pick and choose people to dress code like my friend literally had rips but she had plad cloth underneath it and they still tried to but when it came to the popular girls they never did anything about them. They sit there and watch girls be mean to other girls and when we stand up for ourself we are the ones that get in trouble. And they would also pick and choose the people to put in trouble for having a phone and it would always be the popular ones that would get away with everything. They also see people with vapes (still the popular ones) and they act like they never saw anything the principle literally did that and the principle would favor one specific person who bullied everyone. They also look under the bathroom stalls to see if people are vaping in there and they would take awa the tampons and the pads where you have to publicly ask if you can have one and they would give you the cardboard paper ones while they had nice plastic ones and they had boxes of the nice ones and always gave us the crappy ones. You would also get in trouble for asking to use the bathroom when it’s the times they don’t specifically take you to the bathroom. You were never allowed to carry anything around unless is was like pencils and paper and that is it, and also when you would try to get your makeup work they would sit there and complain about you on how you should’ve just went to school to do it when you literally couldn’t.

I had a very poor experience with this school. They gave me hope at first but unfortunately my time there was cut short due to issues with the staff. They played favorites with the girls and i got little to no help. Even when it came to educational question i was ignored but the teachers so they could talk to the girls that have been there longer even tho i have a learning issue. Half the time i spent at pace i was just me sitting around in a room waiting for class change. Due to my issues with staff i dropped out and am gladly not going there ever again. I recommend that you try to find a better school for your special child.

My daughter Virginia Coleman went there many years ago. It really helped her amazingly. In 2020 she graduated with honors with a batchlors degree from Daytona state. It took her a long time to get to that but PACE pointed her in the right direction. Holly Clements

Loving staff, worldly students and supportive organization. Great place for any young lady considering an alternative academic "PACE". Support your local PACE Center for girls.

I absolutely loved this school. I've learned so much from the basic academics, to skills that'll benefit me in the real world. I'm truly proud to forever be a PACE girl!

They do a terrific job serving special needs girls. Exposing them to different speakers
and testing opportunities to help them through life.
