Absolute waste of time and money! Seriously the most poorly run ridiculous charade of a physical therapy place you could ever imagine.
If your idea of excellent health care is seeing a different person ("therapist") every therapy session, then this place might be for you. Additionally if you enjoy learning basic exercises similar to one's learned in elementary PE class, you may also enjoy this place.
Literally just a turn and burn place that only cares about profitability and not actual patient care.
Never once did I actually speak with a doctor and I'm not even confident I worked with licensed physical therapists. SO UNPROFESSIONAL and such a frustrating WASTE OF TIME! (Hey if you're really lucky though, They may print you out a piece of paper showing a picture of someone stretching their quad! I guess That's how they rehabbed sports injuries back in the olden days!)
ETA: They also clearly have no integrity! I had two worthless visits, with two separate people. Upon inquiry, I discovered I was scheduled to see a new, third "therapist" on my next visit. (Profit is their only concern, because why would this make sense!? Idk because it certainly was NOT explained or disclosed to me proactively) Absolutely no respect for working people's time. This place is seemingly just a high volume exercise spot for retired people. Great if you want to pay co-pays for exercise accountability. Not acceptable if you need sports rehab or real care.
I did NOT verbally abuse or direct expletives toward anyone. I am impressed by their creativity though! Possibly someone there is a mind reader!? I certainly was thinking several curse words about them. I mean they earned them by wasting my time and frustrating the living non-explative out of me. 🥰🤭
