I was a client of Cynthia many years ago. She is a no-nonsense person and helped me immensely on how to cope with a family member. I have since then moved an hour away yet am contemplating taking the drive to PC for her services again. She is excellent at her profession. I cannot thank her enough for the help she has given me.

Chiquina/receptionist was very pleasant and well spoken. Ms. Cynthia was great, I felt Easy to talk too. Also, very helpful with realistic strategies and goals.

If I could give it a zero I would. Had an appointment set that we had to reschedule due to loss of job and lack of funds for out of pocket expenses. Husband called today before his noon appt and they tried to tell him he cancelled just yesterday. Which is a total lie. They refused to set him another appt because of this. The receptionist Lauren or Laura became combative because I was adamant that we had not cancelled anything, must have been a mix up on their part, and it was a matter of urgency that he get in. She was extremely unprofessional and more concerned with trying to talk over me and tell me we were wrong than resolve the issue. Hopefully this hasn't caused anyone negative repercussions since she's been in that office.
