I wish I can give zero stars for these incompetent people. I ceased services with these people for my children because the incompetent biller named Krista said that my insurance did not cover Speech services mean while it’s just that I didn’t meet
My deductible yet and I would have to pay an amount of of pocket before my insurance paid 80%. I paid everything I was supposed to but incompetent Krista will not return my phone calls nor speak to me when I show up at the office. Now they send me to collections two years later without any explanation of anything. I will be reaching out to an attorney now because I do not believe I owe these charges and they won’t even communicate with me! What a nightmare! I’m so sorry I ever contacted them for services in the first place! Beware!
