I originally went to Chaundra because of a crisis, but I have stayed and continued to work with her for over four years because our work together is so meaningful to me. Actually, it's more than meaningful. It’s been transformative.

When I started therapy with Chaundra, I would not have believed how much and how quickly my life would change. Counseling has been an essential part of growing through a difficult life transition with a marriage in crisis, both of my kids leaving home, and pre-existing trauma issues. The reflexive questioning method that other counselors employed wasn't very effective for me and I was hesitant to go back.
