We cannot emphasize enough how lucky we were to have worked with Dr. Kate in treating my daughter’s selective mutism and social anxiety. Upon starting treatment when my daughter was 3, we were given a comprehensive treatment plan that was evidence-based, but also tailored to meet her unique needs. Through these sessions, both virtual and in person, Dr. Kate and her team helped to both lessen my daughter’s anxiety and also increase our understanding of her struggles so that we could best help her in her daily life.

Dr. Kate’s knowledge of childhood anxiety and enthusiasm for working with kids helped in establishing a strong rapport with my young daughter, who was always eager to see her. After doing several individual sessions, group sessions, school trainings and SM camp, we can confidently say that my daughter is thriving. She is a fully verbal and active participant in her first grade class and in extracurricular activities— a far cry from when she began treatment!

Spent a large amount of money and the therapist only met with my child 2 times. All other times were zoom meetings trying to teach us how to help him. Upon signing up we’re given limited time slots then once agreeing to a time slot the time slot changed. Agreed to come to his school but could only make self available during nap and lunch.

Their approach wasn’t for us, so glad we moved on to a different therapist!

We had a wonderful experience with a second opinion IQ evaluation. The office is very inviting and comfortable for children and parents. Our therapist took the time to thoroughly explain how the test was performed, all results, and ensured all questions were answered. The scheduling and paperwork process was simple.
