Sangdae is an incredibly gifted physical therapist. I went to another PT clinic before finding him, and it was a totally different experience. He literally healed me of a significant tailbone injury over a number of weeks. After the first appointment, I was surprised to have a 70% reduction in pain and continued to heal from that point forward under his care. I now have zero pain in the area of injury ( after initially literally not being able to sit in a chair due to pain) and it is definitely due to his care. Had I not seen him, I would have dealt with longer term issues related to the injury and scar tissue. He implemented a targeted myofascial technique that allowed my body to heal properly. He has a doctorate in physical therapy, so his expertise goes far beyond many others who may only have a masters level or licenses in massage therapy. And, his kind spirit was so reassuring and thoughtful. He really cares about his patients. The other PT clinic that took my insurance had me do a few “exercises” that didn’t help; Sangdae’s care is in a totally different league, and paying out of pocket proved to be the better decision in the end —- having mobility and being pain-free is priceless !

Sangdae Park worked on my knee that had a torn meniscus and after one treatment, I had no pain and felt more than 100% better. I highly recommend him for treating scarring and fascia injuries of the knee area.
