Not a place I want to visit again. I was told to come back next day with registration forms completed just to have to make an appointment to be seen. There is no walk-in option at this place only if you’re ill, which makes no sense at all I can just go to the hospital if that’s the case. The service is trash and all I needed was a physical and TB shot which I was going to pay out of pocket for but still have to make an appointment. Walk-in services are not an option at this location so do not waste your time.

I will try my very best never to ever visit this area again there’s this lady at the front desk veryyy unprofessional, she has an attitude problem and it doesn’t matter who walks in she’s just not a nice person. I had to sit and argue with myself while the other lady listened and finally offered to help, she was being nice. The other lady tall, dark skin and fluffy/chubby, hair braided to the back with maybe 5 or 4 cornrows and was wearing grey scrubs needs to go to a class or something to learn how to treat people. 21/5/24

Today I had the first experience of racism in my life here in America.we came to this clinic which we found on the USCIS official page,at 2 o'clock. Me, my friend daughter 7 years old who was uncomfortable with her teeth, and my friend filled out the form and started waiting. The registration lady took the forms of everyone waiting in line and helped.she even picked up the people who come after us before us because she had an appointment (!) .is there an appointment to submit an application? We waited until closing time for about 3 hours. I asked manager please check camera records. Around 4.30 pm, she looked out forms, even though I said that my friend didn't speak English, she said that the forms were missing but she didn't say what was missing. She said come back Monday bday than she go to window and look at outside. She wasn't helpful. She was so strange. She has a attitude problem.end of day she didn't take our application. We come back home after 3 hours waiting. Here is missing form....

Discrimination is top here ! If you are not Spanish or black , do not come here !!! Registration lady hold us 3 hours.I guess she is waiting closing time 5pm. Last 30 minutes. She doesn't take applications even.all my day gone for give her application. Still she doesn't take my application.I don't know why ? When we waiting, she took all people application....at less 10 people finished application than go home. We are waiting here 4.30 pm right know !!!!!!

I could honestly understand why most of the staff has an attitude. No one is ever on the same page and you have people doing way more then others. I’ve sat and watched a women lose her mind answering phone call after phone call and attending to patients who were also entering the facility while the other girl sat on face time with god knows who. I can totally understand why that would be frustrating and people don’t deserve to be put under that stress in a work place meant to assist others. I seriously believe this place should be reevaluated through out the entire staff. I literally only come here for the OBGYN because of Mrs Bell but i hear she retired and it honestly brakes my heart but this place needs serious evaluation. send a secret shopper or the big boss should just silently walk in and watch. it’s completely messed up in here. like its saddening to watch them work under this pressure there’s absolutely no reason one worker should be drowning in work while the younger one relaxes its insanity and its also disturbing to watch. i would use the word disgusting but i want to keep it formal. oh and calling to make an appointment forget about it you might as well show up as i have been for months. i respect their time and would love to make an appointment but they don’t respect their patients and would leave them on hold to point of no end
