I have been going to Pathways of Florida for years to see Kelly Crowe and she as well as the practice has always been excellent! My calls are always returned quickly and I have never had an issue. Kelly is an amazing mental health counselor. She is different than most mental health counselors in a good way! She is extremely nice and unique and so knowledgeable on mental health! She has helped me tremendously over the years and I’m very blessed to have found her practice. She is always able to shed light on new perspectives and help you think in more effective ways when struggling with something. If you are having any type of struggle or mental health issue in your life or simply need someone to talk to I highly recommend Kelly Crowe!

As far as the previous bad reviewer, I have never had an issue being contacted by the office. My calls and messages are always returned quickly. I understand that some people are having urgent mental health issues and need counseling; however, if it’s that urgent there are crises help centers and if it’s not to that severity I don’t understand how waiting a few hours or even until the next day for a return phone call is unreasonable. When a counselor has multiple back to back sessions they can’t interrupt a session in progress to return a phone call instantly. I am not affiliated whatsoever with the practice; however, the previous review is an inaccurate representation of this practice. In this day and time small businesses are more important than ever and people should understand that leaving a poor review can greatly impact a small business. People should be more thoughtful when posting a review instead of posting a poor review out of frustration over a minor issue that was probably taken out of context. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this practice and Kelly Crowe, five stars!
