Called and they said I had to do paperwork at the office in Sebring sure fine go there doors locked and call back wait for almost 20 minutes just for her to say they're closed and to go to wauchula Wasted my time, my gas and lost a client.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, Chris is amazing I’ve been with him for 3 years and never had an issue. It’s just completely ridiculous waiting on the phone for half an hour trying to speak to someone in the office for them to hang up on you.

What provider tells you they can't fill your medications or set you an appointment if you do not do zoom? Seriously! I have been doing phone calls with the soctor since the pandemic started. Very displeased with this profession. Then proceed to tell me because I am going to Maine they can't "service" me...so when does going to another state to visit stop medication?
