been baker acted there 4 times and i hate it there. the second time i got baker acted there i said i wanted to go home and they retrained me and put in seclusion for no reason at all. all the kids and techs were laughing at me and i was crying so hard and they didnt care. they kept me there for hours and every part of my body ached. the first time i was there i heard the techs make fun of my looks and how im autistic at bedtime. the third time i was there one of the techs cursed me out for no reason. and the most recent time i was there i threw up cuz the food there is terrible! none of the techs care and one of them even snickered.

I've been to this location 3 times and time after time they still haven't changed at all in terms of bedside manners and sometimes treat their patients like garbage. When you are in dire need of help they don't offer any help in the facility and when you are released. They also have a history of misdiagnosing you and give you the wrong medications when you are in/outpatient. Another thing I want to note here is that it's extremely hard to get in contact with and when it comes to wanting to speak to your therapist or psychologist or even the on staff nurse. So glad I went somewhere else. Shame on you guys at Peace Rivers Center.

This place is horrible my daughter stayed here a couple of days recently and the place is uncommunicative can't answer your questions treats the residents and staff horribly (witnessed with my own eyes) lies as to why they are still holding yr child after they discharged so I have sent a complaint in an email complained to numerous people there and my DCF Worker since they called DCF on me now will be calling ACHA as my worker told me they lied when they told me they had to get DCF to approve the discharge. Down right worse place to send a loved one for mental health services when this place makes it much worse!!!!!!

This place is a joke. No one’s seems to know what’s going on and now my court custody papers aren’t good enough to pick the minor up but were sufficient to process her for therapy. Damn near have to call the law just to get my child back.

Horrible! The therapists here are narcissistic, and treat you like you're mentally handicapped.
They don't care about making people better, they just psychologically abuse you, and over charge you for doing nothing useful.
You'd literally get better advise from a local hobo, and they wouldn't charge you anything!

Absolutely rude. I called to talk to my sister who was bakeracted last night and the lady was so rude when i was trying to call and talk to her. I hope my sister gets out soon, i can only imagine how rude the staff must be to the patients if they’re rude to someone who’s not even there.
