I've been seeing Dr. Liu for almost seven years for ADHD diagnosis and treatment after my PCP referred me. I really appreciate her caring approach and I feel listened to. Through many highs and lows of mental wellbeing, she has been a constant, accessible, provider key to my self-management.

She helped me find a compatible therapist when I was struggling to, and the office staff are helpful with various pharmacy and insurance conflicts that have popped up. Patient & kind, with a comfortable office and telehealth options. I seek many of her practice's qualities in other providers and am usually disappointed, so it's about time I review her exceptionality. From the first few visits without insurance to choosing a plan that allows a reasonable copay, it has been well worth it to see her every few months, even during some periods of a holistic approach without prescriptions.

Dr Liu and her team are great. Dr Liu is knowledgeable on medications and conditions and she actually takes time to listen to you. She also approaches things holistically- often asking me if I'm practicing coping skills, grounding, in therapy, etc. Her front desk girls are great too - I often have to communicate through email because of my job and they are always so responsive and Dr Liu is always able to answer my questions in- between appointments. The girls are really friendly and quick to help. Would highly recommend this office.

This is a review not of Dr. Liu herself - she has been very good to me. However, her office staff is literally impossible to get a hold of. I have been trying to contact them for over a week to get hold of medical documentation needed to medically withdraw from some classes. No response to emails or follow-ups. I called them a day before the deadline, and a receptionist dismissed me with no other explanation except, "call again tomorrow." I tried, but no one is picking up the phone. I am very distressed.

Edit: Thankfully, the issue has been resolved.

I have seen Dr. Liu for almost 3 years. I really like her. She is responsive, and she is willing to try new medications if you are not making progress. She also works well with my therapist. The bad reviews seem to be about problems with the insurance companies -- not Dr. Liu. Also, the woman writing about "slavery" -- what? That makes no sense at all. You have to wonder about some of these reviewers. Why would that even come up in medical management meeting?

I had been seeing her for over a year. She was not on my insurance this year but continued to take my co-pay. When I went in for my 3rd appointment this year I was told I owe them $350.00! I had no idea. So I am currently looking for a new Doctor, I called Dr. Liu for one last refill on the medications I am on and was told, I would have to make an appointment. My sister commented suicide due to being passed around from one Doctor to another. I certainly do not want to face those demons. You would think after knowing me I would be shown grace and understanding. I am so disappointed.

She not only informs you about what she is giving you, but she also listens to your feelings, and she truly cares about your progress. She is more than the typical 15-minute doctor. I am so satisfied and genuinely grateful for her and her practice.
