Swann Clinic has done many wonders for my family. Not only the amazing support with my son, they have also supported my husband and I to better understand our son and to better support his needs. My twin grandkids were both seen there. Shelby was our go to person. She was above and beyond the normal care you would expect. She was incredibly articulate and extremely thorough. If we had questions, she had answers! She gave wonderful information and excellent ideas on how to go forward. This truly was an excellent experience.

Absolute waste of time and money. Utter disappointment. We made an apt with Dr. Swann. We waited months to get in, WE NEVER SAW OR SPOKE WITH THE DR!! Be warned-we found out that we would not see Dr. Swann while at the appointment and after waiting for months to get in, what were we supposed to do? We saw a completely ignorant and unprofessional intern who had no idea what he was doing. We then waited several more months for his overly basic and useless report. I know that she is this is the only eval place around (has to be the only reason she is still in business), however, it is worth the drive to Denver or Junction to find someone helpful and knowledgeable.

Mother of child called to schedule a behavioral health analysis with Dr. Swan. There had been a prior cancelation in 06/2021. They did not want to schedule due to the cancelation. I explained at the time of the cancelation we felt the need to not diagnose him since we thought his behavior was something he might outgrow. Unfortunately, he's been recommended by his pediatrician to Swann a 2nd time and mom called to schedule and they did not want to schedule an evaluation. There were no additional recommendations. mom explained the limited resources in the area and the need for scheduling. Mom also expressed the reason for canceling last appointment. They continued to state that due to the cancelation they did not want give us another opportunity to schedule. This clinic has zero compassion towards families and children.

Dr. Swann and her team do amazing work. It’s rare to find a group of individuals as dedicated as they are. I would recommend them for evaluations as well as treatment. Dr. Swann goes above and beyond to deliver a detailed assessment of each child’s strengths to provide each family with the info they need to help their child succeed. She doesn’t just stop at the assessment either, she helps families every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about Pediatric Psychology Services and Swann Clinic.
