While I cannot discredit the school seemingly good learning services, I still have questions. The school is very private to the point it makes the parents feel not included and the parents voices don’t feel heard. Parents shall have a say and be able to closely watch their children whenever they need to. They shouldn’t just automatically assume that their child can be trusted in their facility especially after hearing someone else’s child was bitten and scratched just to be told seemingly far fetched reasoning! While I experienced the same thing! Change should be constantly happening in the building to make the child’s education better and safe! The lies being told to the parents is building distrust and building a name for this school that seems to not be trustworthy. Just be upfront with the parents about what goes on in the building and teach the kids keep them safe teaching other children to keep their hands to themselves simply put. Thank you all for providing education hope you take this as constructive feedback, and move accordingly.

It’s a known fact that these people only care about MONEY! they do not off support to their staff we were told that NUMBERS are more important than our sanity…. They accept kids without having the staff to correctly care for them. Teachers are forced to deal with child with certain needs with no training… they don’t let you take off your forced to call in and miss pay. They don’t care how stressed out their teachers are and refuse to look into issues brought to them. Management will cover their own backs and throw you under the bus for absolutely no reason. Kids are constantly getting hurt and instead of taking ownership management covers up the facts be careful with your kids and your job when dealing with this place… the turn over rate is extremely high and you will not be respected by teachers or parents this is not a good place to work or bring your kids

My daughter has been attending Peds Plus since November of 2018. She has improved so much during that timeframe! My son also receives therapy services there as well & both of my children love their therapists. Also, Sandra has always been so lovable!

This facility they lady at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. They would not see my child for a speech evaluation because I could not pay them the full quoted price upfront and not just pay half then be billed as I was told over the phone was an option. They will not work with low income families that don't qualify for state aid. They are money hungry jerks. Then after the speech evaluation is done and therapy starts they want to bill the card on file directly and not actually send you a bill and let you pay it.

Therapists are amazing! They make you feel welcomes and love the kiddos as if they were their own. Had experience with OT, PT, speech, and feeding therapy and all were exemplary. would recommend this place anytime, it is like a second home to us!

The people behind the counter have the personality of a dead fish. Crystal, one of the therapists, was fantastic, but I understand she’s leaving for a new job soon. If we had another option we would drop this place like a hot potato.

This happened on 9/24/21….they didn’t even call me to inform me of what happened!!! All they gave me was excuses…saying my child was in another child personal space!!! 2 times!! How do they let this happen!! I know my baby cried and yet they let this happen twice!!!!! No1 was watching the kids, I’m sure…the director have another excuse! They are under staffed!!! I’m super upset!!!

After taking my child to several other places for testing I finally got an answer. They took the time to really evaluate my child and get feedback from me and teachers. It was a weight off my shoulders when I finally found a place that actually cared about our issue. Most places I've been too have been more worried about billing our insurance
