As a person who owns a business, and knows the importance of courtesy and professionalism, I can honestly say that Petit Psychiatry maintains these qualities. I was lucky enough to have Maggie Waggoner to take care of my anxiety problems. I started off as a person who was very skeptical about psychiatry. I grew up thinking that mental help was only for the weak. Boy was I wrong. Maggie Waggoner won me over from day 1. She is an excellent listener, with a nurturing motherly instinct that is second to none. The comfort she provides while making knowledgeable recommendations for medications is very soothing, as is her personality. I always look forward to my visits with her, knowing that I will feel like a better person once the visit is over. Maggie Waggoner is “THE BEST.”

Beware!!! This is a terrible company. My provider seems nice but communication and billing are crap. They were billing me and my insurance company for services I did not receive for over a year. When I called them out on it, they started billing different. My appts are only ever 15 minutes long and do not include psychotherapy. Medication management only. Yet, I'm being billed for services over 30 min. The other code they are using unfairly is 90785. I am NOT a complex case nor do I need extra "time" from them. I do not have a guardian or other person that speaks to them on my behalf either. Even though they do not bill me for this anymore, they refuse to remove it from over a years worth of bills. The portal is a complete waste. Messages don't get sent to the provider. someone else receives them and if they want, they fwd to provider. Billing statements are not viewable. Feels like management does bare minimum to charge the maximum. smh

There is a clear disconnect between the person I saw at my appointment and the parties involved in making sure the prescribed medication is sent to your pharmacy. I was prescribed medication for anxiety for 15 days with no refill. I was shocked when I followed up with the office only to find out that any further medication would have to be made at my 30 day follow up appointment. They were kind enough to get me an appointment a week early. I finally had my follow up last night and was told my prescription would be submitted as soon as our appointment ended. I’ve been calling all day, transferred to the medication department which is voicemail that appears to be ignored. Office personnel told me at 5pm that the medication was pending a signature from the doctor. She assured me all day my medication would be submitted to my pharmacy by the end of day. I confronted her with the disinformation and insisted on speaking to someone in charge. She stated the manager would call me……still waiting.

I am so grateful for the nice lady that worked with Walgreens after hours to get my 15 day supply filled. I asked if I will run into this same issue in 15 days. I was told to call back if there is an issue.

Angel was able to connect with me and help me find myself. I have been seeing him for the past few months. In that time my life has improved 100% and he has guided me through times when I felt lost. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking professional help. However; you have to be willing to put in the work as well.

I’m honestly surprised by some of the reviews. I was googling this office to forward the info to a friend because I highly recommend Dr. Callahan. She takes the time to listen to me even through telehealth visits. She remembers things that we talked about from my previous visits and works with me on finding the right medication combination for my treatment. I’ve been to a few other psychiatrists in the area and she is by far the best one!

As someone who has had over 30 years and over 10 different doctors due to school, moves and work. I can't say enough good things Maggie Waggoner who has been my doctor for a little over a year now. She has gone above and beyond to help make sure I get the prescriptions I need and she is always comforting when checking in and never make me more stressed/anxious than I already am. I highly recommend her for anyone who needs competent and kind doctor, which is one of the hardest combinations to find!

I can't say enough nice things about Petit Psychiatry. I've been with their providers since before they opened & followed them to this practice. They communicate, have flexible appointment times, I NEVER have issues with my medication or understanding their policies.

Dr. Davis, Raheem, Angel, Wendy in the front office, everyone here is so welcoming. Highly recommend them if you are an adult like me and need an ongoing supportive team that actually listens to your needs.

My daughter is on antidepressants for severe depression. They took so long to fill her prescription, even though she met with the physician and we paid for the consult, I had to check her into the hospital. I kept calling and they kept telling me they would fill it but they never did. They are incredibly slow and unorganized and they don’t communicate at all, which is not good for people trying to get help.
