I had a problem initially with this place. I had Michiko contact me and we worked through the issues. I felt my needs were meant and my feelings heard. We worked hard a on a resolution and I'm happy to admit my initial review now inaccurate. Michiko is a wonderful leader and I would recommend her organization to anyone. The only counselor we used is gone but I imagine Michiko has a wonderful staff.

Alexandra is very kind and humble. My child conected with her fast and help her open her heart to deal with her emossions. Thank you Alexandra for your patience and compassion.

Not enough positive things to say about Phoenix Counseling, specifically Alexandra Trusty. Alexandra worked with our daughter for a year. She established a relationship based on trust and mutual respect with our daughter (who wanted to see Alex every day!) We couldn’t be more grateful for the compassionate care and expertise Alexandra provided, she was a catalyst in helping our daughter heal and grow!

I’ve been with Michiko for about 2 years and she has been such an amazing therapist for me. I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression, and trauma as a young mother, and having her to vent to and work through various therapy tactics has saved both my mental and emotional state. I wish I could stay with her even longer as my therapist if I weren’t moving!! I’d recommend her to anybody! Because of her, I was able to improve myself as a mother, wife, daughter, and friend. I’ve done even better in my career as a chemical engineer due to her teachings of how to work through burnout and emotional breakdowns. I don’t know how I could’ve gone through everything without her! My husband and I also have done couples counseling with this company and it has saved our relationship after being together for 9 years. They are so patient and are willing to work through all our unique struggles to figure out the best ways to understand one another. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this company for both individual therapy and couples counseling. Honestly one of the best choices I’ve ever made.

Michiko has helped me make tremendous progress. She has given me so many tools to be better. She is extremely understanding and has an awesome sense of humor. She has helped become a happier person and see the world in a different way. I highly recommend her!!!

Michiko is an amazing counselor/therapist. From the very beginning she made me feel safe and understood. I have never felt that, especially meeting a stranger and being so open and vulnerable the first time, but something just happened that made me trust her wholeheartedly. Maybe it’s because I could feel/sense how much she cares, her kindness, her good nature and willingness to help. I can honestly say Michiko has been the biggest if not the only reason why I am doing so much better compared to a year ago and to be honest I never thought I would get here. I have learned many things about myself, I have learned how to cope with life and certain situations and people, how to set boundaries among many other things. Personally, I can say that Michiko is the best in the game and I want her to be my therapist for life. Seeing her has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Honestly, there are so many more wonderful things that I can say about Michiko and how much she has helped me, but it would take me days and I wouldn’t have enough space to write it all here. I guess I can just finish it off by saying that if you decide to see her, you won’t regret it. And if you’re looking for a sign, this is it! This is your sign, you can do this! Michiko will help you along the way.

Today I had my last appointment with Michiko Pepple, something I never thought I would be able to say. From day 1 I felt comfortable talking about every aspect of my life with her. Michiko did something no other therapist/psychologist has done for me, she found situations in my past that have lead to my present. As a child I had a babysitter who made me clean my plate in a certain time frame or I was punished. This lead to me overeating, cleaning my plate, and not throwing food away 30 years later. With Michiko's help, I have a different out look on food and my relationship with it is healthy! I had resentment towards my mother for years and, again, with the help of Michiko I have put that to rest and my relationship with my mother is better than ever. ALL relationships in my life have improved. My overall feeling about myself and others, the way I react to stress, EVERYTHING is so much better today than it has been in such a long time. Michiko will always be someone I refer others to.

Very nice and easy to talk to. My son received lots of help, coaching, and resources to help him him identify signs of danger zones. We have seen a difference in his personality. Highly recommend Michiko!
