I’ve been attending physical therapy at Phoenix Physical Therapy in Laurel for the past year, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease.

They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and tailored a treatment plan that specifically addresses my needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions. I’ve seen noticeable improvement in my mobility and pain relief, thanks to their expertise.

The scheduling process is seamless, and I never have trouble finding a time that works for me. Everyone I’ve interacted with, from the front desk to the therapy team, has been friendly, supportive, and attentive.

Three weeks ago I couldn't stand up straight and was in severe back pain. Could not lie flat on my back or stomach, nor sit in a chair. I can say as of today, I can sleep on my bed, sit in my chair, and even cook a meal. The pain is not completely gone but is much more manageable. Staff at Phoenix are very welcoming and conscientious to what you are going through. Would highly recommend them to any in need of physical therapy.

I advocated that the exercise hurt and I was asked to do the best I could do and woke to a swollen knee the next day. When manually stretching my leg, I cried in pain asking for her to stop. She did but then mentioned I should take my narcotic before coming next time. Again, I woke to a swollen joint. Neither swellings were from the joint I was there for PT.

I have been going to Phoenix Physical Therapy for almost two years. Shelly has been my main therapist and she is wonderful. The other therapists have also been great to work with. They got me through Parkinson’s therapy, preparation for knee surgery as well as back problems. I highly recommend them.

I attended Phoenix physical therapy in Laurel, Delaware during the month of June and July of this year. I went for shoulder therapy for rotator cuff issues. The physical therapy I received was outstanding the staff was professional, knowledgeable and made you feel like home from the first day of therapy. Senior therapist.Shelli Blake was awesome. Got me working on different muscle groups to strengthen both shoulders, and also provided me with the knowledge about how to prevent future injury and continue appropriate exercising at home.
