I have been a patient at Physical Therapy Unlimited twice, once in 2019,2020 and again in 2022. It was a wonderful experience both times. They lead you on a program based on your personal needs. Cori Rowe was my therapist and she was great, as were her staff. They are very encouraging, very patient, and very kind. I don't know how they did it, but each time I went, we always finished on time, no matter how many patients were being served at the same time. They are very flexible and the assistants are very good at keeping everyone going and on time. Cori always smiles no matter how busy or stressed she is. She is experienced with the various surgeries people have, and keeps an eye on your healing between your visits with the surgeon. I found it very assuring that she would know if something was going wrong. I highly recommend Physical Therapy Unlimited for therapy. Trust your therapist and do what she tells you and you will not be sorry. You will be very grateful after you have received care from them.

Amazing group of professionals who treat you like family! I went to a larger facility closer to me because of gas prices...wrong move. Nichole was able to do for me in less than 2 months what the other place hadn't even come close to in 3 months. At Physical Therapy Unlimited, you are given constant 1:1 attention and never just told to do the next exercise and walked away from. This is important because someone needs to be watching your form. The DOCTOR will also see you and spend time with you every single time! At the other place, the actual physical therapist only saw me 2 or 3 times, and never did any passive stretches with me. I've used Physical Therapy Unlimited in the past, and no matter what it costs to get there in the future, it's worth every penny!

My experience with Physical Therapy Unlimited was first rate. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They worked with me on setting goals for my therapy and then helped me to obtain those goals. Because of their help, I have avoided having shoulder surgery. If I every need therapy again, I will definitely go back to Physical Therapy Unlimited and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

My husband Frank was provided PT for his total knee replacement. He was seen by Nichole Chennault who helped him reach all of his goals. The staff were very friendly and pleasant which made his therapy more enjoyable. Both he and I highly recommend Physical Therapy Unlimited to those in need. We will definitely go back to them if ever the need arises.

I've never had to do physical therapy before so this was a whole new experience for me. With that being said, I can say that Alan, Norma and all of the other staff at Physical Therapy Unlimited were very professional, helpful and made me feel at ease. Having to undergo physical therapy was a very intimate experience and something that I was not totally prepared for. But, Alan was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on what to expect in my rehabilitation process. In the end, I found physical therapy to very helpful and a pleasant experience.

First time doing PT for shoulder problems that multiple doctors dismissed as nothing. Nichole actually listened to my issues and investigated possible causes. You can really tell Nichole and everyone working here cares and wants to help.
They even kept asking for more visits when my insurance denied additional visits.

My shoulder is not 100% back to normal, but my pain is gone and I know what exercises I need to do to strengthen and improve it. 20/10

I have had physical therapy for my back on about three occasions. Cori Rowe is the only therapist that I've been with and she was a joy to work with. She was always concerned about how I was doing, and was very professional in her treatment of my back. The staff that work there are always friendly and seem to care about how your treatment is going. I will always go back to them if I have other issues in the future. Thank you, PTU.

Have used PT Unlimited for various rehabs for my beat and broken old body over the past few years and have never failed to be totally satisfied with my treatment and the success of my rehabs. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as well as understanding and genuinely caring toward their patients. I have had PT in a few other locations over the years, but now insist upon being referred to PT Unlimited. While I do not look forward to incidents which will require PT, I am at least at ease knowing I have a great place to go when necessary.
