Waited 2 months to be told they weren't going to see me because of my doctor. Gee thanks for finally letting me know. Would've been professional if you would've called when you got the referral when you were accepting them. Contacted several times and different ways. Very unprofessional.

I received a bill from over a year ago for a $50 cancellation fee due to my car breaking down. I called them prior to the appt and I was still hit with the fee. Prior to that I had no billing issues and am very displeased with their customer service. Counseling services were subpar as well. Not a happy camper.

I cave called 3 separate times during business hours and nobody answers the phone. I leave a message on the voicemail and get a call back a few days later but because I work nights I'm asleep when they call. Very disappointing they can't even be trusted to pick up the phone.

My son is part of the IOP program Catalyst and I have seen a tremendous difference in him! This program is the only one in town for his age group and we are so thankful for Pine Meadows Counseling and the amazing team of people COMMITTED to helping the youth of Bakersfield in such a way!!! Every single team member is highly knowledgeable and beyond helpful! If I could give it ten stars I would!

I've known Steven for 12 years now. We saw him for marriage counseling and now on and off for counsel with our kids. He's very knowledgeable and doesn't beat around the bush. He also knows his way around the school districts to get the best education plan for your child. Most importantly, we trust him.

I went there to discuss a possible position. I tried to call to reschedule my interview and the receptionist did not answer the phone or return calls for several days so that left a negative impression on the spot. I regret agreeing to the interview.

During the interview, the owner said I was a liability because I am a registered intern and I would work under his licensure. The owner wants to hire people with no education or experience. He said his best employee was a guy with a construction business. That leaves my years of experience and Masters degree not a good fit for him. Experience and education at a mental health place was a NO for him.

I think mental health should be taken more seriously than that. I would not recommend a person in need of therapy to go to this place.

If you want to work at Pine Meadow Counseling have no experience, education, and be willing to work for free then you are in there.

If you want real counseling I would recommend you seek another place.

This agency has helped my family and friends on a few occasians. I was lucky enough to have the owner, Steven Crouch as our marriage counselor. Twenty years later we are still going strong. You guys are the best. I would reccomend them to anyone in need of counseling.
