I used their services via virtual appointments. Of the 5 appointments I had, I believe 4 were either cancelled or rescheduled without my knowledge. It's very frustrating clearing my schedule and waiting for a virtual appointment to find out the appointment was changed. The last appointment I had wasn't even an appointment. The counselor told me she could no longer see me and that the office will call me to reschedule with another counselor. They never did call me. While the counselor was good, the scheduling and logistics were terrible. I most likely won't be going back here if I need these services again.

Niiice service at this place.

I was impressed because besides the fact of accepting the insurance and we only had the co payment, it was also so worth it.

They had an amazing relaxing background music and they offer us tea, coffee, juice, water or anything we need.

We are pleased with the services of this place.
