Bhumi with OT was superior in her skills not only welcoming me but also orienting me to the hospital as well. Her patients clearly love her and I can see why. She made me feel valued and simultaneously made me feel ok being the “newbie”. I was very impressed when she asked how I learned to best to accommodate to my learning preferences.

My mother was placed into Pinecrest rehab for her broken hip A few months back she was amazed at the amount of care that she received there and she just recently broke her ribs and is insisting on going back there again because she was so well treated by the staff members there
