I spotted Pinocchio's and decided to stop by in hopes of meeting with someone. I shared that l wanted to inform him of two wonderful and free learning programs for children under 5 years of age. Immediately, a cheerful woman, Mrs. Garcia, the director and fluent in English and Spanish came out to greet me and learn about the program. She was so excited and called for yet another woman who with the same in qualities. If these w women are open and caring to receive information and implement a program that enhances children's lives, l could just imagine the wonder care and learning the children in their care there receive. Great job ladies!

Terrible experience. I called this school to offer them safety educational services for children and she promptly hung up on me. I called back thinking it was a problem with the connection and she proceeded to do it again, however the line didn't disconnect and she tried over and over to disconnect (as if banging down on the phone). It was definitely an exaggerated reaction, not to mention extremely rude.
It's a shame that a school would not be interested in a service for your children's safety. Just an FYI.

Con los ojos cerrados recomiendo este centro para padres que se sienten con temor al traer a sus hijos desde pequeño a un habiente escolar. Este daycare/escuela gracias a ser una escuela privada y pequeña tiene la misión en siempre tener a todos los niños y padres unidos como familia, es un hogar de familia y confianza. La directora Susana García hace todo lo posible por ayudar a cada niño y padre que entre por esas puertas. Susana es una mujer muy diferente en el sentido que ama a todos los niños que entran y salen de este centro. Tiene tanto amor para dar que hasta los niños años después siendo adultos siempre regresan a verla y hasta traerle a sus hijos. No hay, ni verá, nada negativo que decir sobre esta escuela ni de la Directora/Dueña de Pinocchio Daycare. Aquí sus hijos se irán preparados para el mundo en todas las maneras; social, emocional, educacional, etc.

Jamás me hubiera podido sentir MÁS FELIZ y TRANQUILA teniendo a mi hija en este daycare.
Desde el dia 1 hasta hoy(10 meses desde entonces) mi hija es feliz en todo momento, en su llegada y su recogida.
El amor y el buen trato, la formación y la dedicación.
Excelente relationship entre educadores y padres(adoramos a sus teachers Adalis y “Tia” con valores en su formación,IMPECABLES) Cada día que recojo a mi hija es un crisol de limpia,arreglada, de ALEGRE (significa que todo estuvo bien en su día 😉)
La directora y dueña Susana Garcia“Susy”, INTACHABLE ante su responsabilidad para con los niños. Ella está SIEMPRE 100% activa en el Daycare, a la hora que llegues, allí está ella en todo momento con amor y atención en cada detalle.
Es una garantía para mi como madre saber y testificar eso…
Para todos los padres…La felicidad y la formación de nuestros hijos es una deber cumplido por el que tenemos que luchar a toda costa , ellos pasan la mayor parte del tiempo en sus escuelas, daycare, etc, cuando encuentras un lugar como PINOCCHIO DAYCARE que tiene todo eso, y más, apuesta por el!!

Susy la directora es la mejor del mundo, es muy considerada y es super atenta con sus niños, se preocupa mucho por el crecimiento intelectual e interpersonal de los niños, Yo tengo mis 3 niños aqui desde meses y puedo dejarlos con los ojos cerrados con la tranquilidad de que van a estar bien cuidados. Las otras maestras "Damaris" y Lissette tambien estan muy bien calificadas para enseñar y educar a los niños. Recomiendo mucho este daycare. Me siento muy contenta y feliz de haber encontrado este lugar donde mis niños se sienten como en casa. Gracias Susy!
