How can you call yourself "Mental Health Care" because you don't care. I was to be rescheduled, but it never happened. And don't bother with their complaint form online they don't respond either.

Poor communication. Appointments are repeatedly rescheduled. No one follows up on medication changes. The wrong medication was ordered. I had to go to the crisis center twice because I couldn't get an appointment of any kind. This is mental health abuse. I am not getting the help I need despite multiple phone calls.

Much Appreciated. Came last week for my first time to this location. Ashley -at the front desk- was pleasant, & Danielle -in the office for the intake paperwork- was experienced, compassionate & very helpful. Thanks to these ladies, feeling better about future care here for our daughter. Hopeful :)

This place is a joke. My daughter has had 3 different therapists and none of them have stuck around long enough to be of any help what so ever. Two left with no notice at all. No contact with the patients letting them know that they were leaving. How does one get the help they need with this kind of issue. There must be something really wrong with this place to for therapists to leave do suddenly with no word to any of their patients. Get your stuff together and maybe you can actually help people instead of pretending to help people.

Great place to find help for yourself or your loved ones. The people there are willing to work with you. Great location ever since they opened up this one, instead of having to drive all the way to Prescott.

All that matters is I feel worse going in there than I did before

I like ywgc because most of the staff I have spoken with try to be as understanding as possible.
