To say my experiences at Practically Perfect Physical Therapy have been life-changing is an understatement. After having two kids, I experienced so much pain and anxiety related to how those pregnancies impacted my pelvic floor and lower back. I have worked predominantly with Mora, who is personable and knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to provide empowering education that has helped me modify movement, strengthen my pelvic floor, and put my myriad worries at ease. But my favorite part about this practice is that I can work with any of the physical therapists in the office and have an excellent experience. I've met with some of them only once, and when we cross paths in the office, remember details about who I am and treat me with such warm professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice.

Mora and the Practically Perfect team are INCREDIBLE!! I had been to pelvic floor pt before and felt like I wasn’t getting anything out of it, so I started seeing Mora and noticed a difference within just a couple of weeks. She is amazing! So knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. I wanted to get back into running but was nervous to do so after having 2 kids- she gave me all the tools and confidence to get back into physical activity in a safe and comfortable way. Not to mention- I brought at least one of my children to every visit and they were always welcomed with open arms and toys 🙂

My daughter also goes to practically perfect and sees Nicole who is a gem! She’s so great with kids and my daughter loves going to her bi weekly appointments to “play”.

100% recommend Practically perfect! Mora and her team are the best in the business!

Not only is the name fabulous, so is this place. Practically Perfect is a cheerful, brightly decorated & warm welcoming clinic. The therapists are patient, incredibly knowledgeable & have helped me tremendously. This is the first time I have ever dealt with any kind of therapy facility & my experience has been wonderful. As I continue to go each week, I am given different exercise which can also be done while going about my daily activities. Pelvic floor exercises is something all women should be aware of & incorporating them into their daily routine. It can only help ones body get stronger. Thank you Practically Perfectly. You guys rock! 🌹 💙

Mora is amazing. Pelvic floor can be scary but she makes you feel extremely comfortable. She takes her time, listens and respects you. If you want that one on one experience and be able to feel relaxed this is where you need to go.

As a deaf person it’s a very difficult world going for Physical Therapy I was very lucky to find Mora who is absolutely amazing therapist her positive attitude and spirit makes her a joy to work with but to include an ASL interpreter Rachel to our session’s was an amazing one on one experience for me to have this interpreter in the room made this an Outstanding experience on a 1 to 10 scale this is a 12 the personal attention to detail and caring was AMAZING!!! I highly recommend it Thank you so much Mora your the BEST!!!

Practically Perfect therapists are the most qualified , experienced and compassionate therapists in the area. I saw Mora during pregnancy and postpartum for pelvic floor and it made my postpartum experience significantly better. I began seeing her at 6 weeks when I was cleared and not only did she provide treatment but she held my baby for me! She also is a baby whisper. It made my time there such an enjoyable experience. Leaving the house and not having to worry about leaving my baby home while working on my own health was a game changer. She is very knowledgable with babies and offered some insight/tips on breastfeeding issues I was having. Fast forward- my newborn was having a lot of body tension and crying a lot! I figured therapy could help! I took my newborn to see Nicole and she changed our life! Seriously. I was so overwhelmed and triggered by my fussy baby that cried constantly. She helped me advocate for my baby at the doctors and discovered my baby needed reflux medication. She helped with positioning techniques, movement and exercises. Due to the reflux my baby developed a preference to the right side. Nicole was very proactive and helpful in working on ensuring she did not develop torticollis! Forever grateful for Practically Perfect!
