Best decision I made when I enroll in this school. My instructor Didn't go too fast, went through each problem thoroughly. Jimmy Littlejohn was great about explaining difficult concepts in a way most people could understand. He allowed for a lot of time to get help during math problems. I can say without a doubt that this instructor is one of the best I have ever had. He genuinely cares about his students. Overall, this instructors ability to develop the intuition of his students is unparalleled.. I liked how interactive the instructor was. I liked that the instructor clearly cared about the students success. He moved students that were struggling next to students that could help work through problems with them during class..I liked the freedom we had to do problems on our own in class so we could get experience with the material.I liked the way the instructor taught the course with enthusiasm every day and kept the students engaged in the class. I think that Jimmy is a very fair instructor that gives his students a good chance of succeeding.. This class has helped a lot with my confidence . My instructor was very quick to work with and get back to students that were in need of help. He is very polite and genuinely cares about the students learning the material. Instructor is very knowledgeable of the material.. !

And, yes I do recommend this school for those who are looking to jump into the next step of your life in Real Estate. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the BEST experience ever. The teaching style of Dr. Chester is unmatched. You will NOT find a school or instructor more passionate about their students as well as the industry. This is not just a school that is going to teach you how to pass a test. You are guaranteed to learn the concepts and required learning to become a great agent. As long as you do your part you will have everything you need to be successful.

Do yourself a favor and choose this school! Dr. Chester lives up to all the hype on her reviews. She is an amazing educator who has a true gift for what she is doing. Her passion in this field and everything she seems to do shows in the classroom. She takes a difficult subject with a lot of information and conceptualizes it to a point that you are not just able to understand it, but you will LITERALLY wake up and go to sleep thinking about it. I wish every class I have ever had was taught by Dr. Chester. I appreciate her not just reading through a book and how she goes the extra mile to ensure you understand what you are reading. I took my RE class here over a year ago with Dr. Chester. She is a fantastic instructor. I have been licensed for a year and I feel that the education that I received from Dr. Chester and Premier was superior to many of the experiences my fellow licensees had with other schools. I passed the Board exam on the first attempt. Many of my colleagues took the exam several times before passing. I did not feel the material that challenging on the exam. I studied but I also attribute to the teaching of Dr. Chester. She keeps you engaged, explains the materials well and gives you real life examples. I was prepared for the exam and for the profession.

Dr.Chester, The professor of this school embodies intelligence. Hands down the BEST professor in ALL of Florida. I’ll go as far to say this woman can teach ANYTHING to ANYONE. Regardless of what she’s teaching.

She was amazing, enthusiastic, passionate. You could tell she loves what she does and she loves to see others succeed.

Forget anyone you’ve taken in the passed or any course for that matter. Dr. Chester is all you need. Her background is absolutely remarkable. Next to none. She knows the business in and out and boy can she convey it in a way no other can.

Taking her class will be your biggest and best decision of your real estate career. I can not wait to take my state exam and become a part of this fine brokerage. From top to bottom best in Florida. Leadership is superb.
