I have been able to run pain free because of Premier Performance and Physical Therapy! I started having knee pain after getting back into running and was referred to Dr Frye by my running coach. I saw significant improvement in my pain and strength and was able to complete a full marathon this past fall, injury free. The office/facility is open and clean, and the therapists spend 100% of your appointment time with you, instead of shuffling between patients. Thank you for a great experience!

I started therapy at Premier Performance shortly after my ACL and meniscus surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the care I received. My therapist, Dr. Dhalla, is excellent at what he does. The one-on-one sessions with him were tremendously beneficial for my recovery, and I truly appreciated his expertise and personalized approach. The facility itself is also top-notch—well-equipped, impeccably maintained and always clean with someone always tidying up! Dr Fahim and the whole team at Premier Performance did a great job evaluating my injury and putting together a plan to work through my rehab. The facility's cleanliness is an obvious priority as every surface is kept clean. I will be returning for any future needs.

Dr. Fahim Dhalla was great to work with. After my teenage son's meniscus tear, he had him back on the field in 4 weeks. He was great to my son, and made it a point to ask about his days and what mattered to him. I had researched other PT locations, but found this was more modern, caters to all young athletes and the facility is nice and clean. I would without a doubt recommend him and the facility.

After my son injured his throwing arm we were recommended to Dr. Frye by a teammates mother. We are so glad we made an appointment. Over the last 2 months my son has made great strides in getting able to pitch again. Dr. Frye makes a personal connection with each one of his clients. My son is totally at ease telling him how he feels, what hurts and what feels good. I am completely comfortable recommending this facility to anyone who need Physical therapy

I went to Premier Performance and Physical Therapy months after being discharged from the original physical therapy group that I was referred to after knee replacement surgery because I was not seeing the range of motion I expected. I could not fully extend my knee making it uncomfortable to lay on my back with my legs out straight for more than 5 minutes. Fahim got me about 5 degrees more, which was still not 100% but enough to lay comfortably. Because it had been so l long since the surgery, progress was slow - about a degree per month and we decided it was not worth the expense of continuing to get those last few degrees. Moral of the story: if you are referred to any of the large physical therapy groups after surgery, ask to go here instead for focused one on one therapy instead of being one of 4 or 5 people in the hour slot.

I highly recommend Premier Performance and Physical Therapy and Dr. Fahim Dhalla. I’ve experienced chronic neck pain for almost 10 years, following an auto accident and subsequent neck surgery. In just a few months, my quality of life has improved dramatically. The practice is organized and timely in communications and Dr. Dhalla is knowledgeable, kind, and very clear in his instructions. I always feel like the person treating me knows what they’re doing and that gives me the confidence I need to continue with my therapy.
