I am a 69 year old women who suffered from severe pain radiating from my neck down my shoulder and arm. My primary care physician recommended Premier Physical Therapy and from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with respect, care and kindness. I see Chris and he is amazing. He works with me the whole time and in general has given me the correct plan. I no longer have shooting nerve pain. I was now able to stop the nerve relaxers that were prescribed to me by my doctor. I never wanted to take any major pain meds or epidurals so Chris really saved this broken lady! Can’t recommend them enough! Getting the proper care and treatment is daunting at any age so if you need physical therapy, please be assured you will receive that best of care there.

Highly recommend Dr. Hays and the team at Premier Physical Therapy. I dealt with nerve pain from a herniated disk for almost a year and saw other physical therapists without success before I called them. Warm welcoming and very professional. Dr. Hays takes a root cause approach to analysis before best steps therapy even begins. The work that you accomplish under his care is easily replicated at the gym or home to reinforce and help speed the healing process along. I was referred to Premier Physical Therapy as the providers have the expertise and training to assist me in achieving my goals toward healing an injury. I participated in three months of therapy, reached my goals and feel more knowledgeable and am pain free. My range of motion has improved, I am able to do things I was no longer able to do after my

As an active senior, I have gone to many physical therapists in the past. Premier Physical Therapy is by far the best. From the Office Manager, Lisa to all the physical therapists, they genuinely care about you reaching your highest potential and maximum performance.
Over the years, my husband and I have both been blessed by the individualized one on one professional treatment we have received at Premier Physical Therapy.
On December 3, 2023 I had a major stroke. After going through the hospital and outpatient rehab, I started back seeing Dr. Hays. He didn’t treat me like a 72-year-old stroke survivor. He put me on a program that not only treated my vertigo but he has me performing at a level I didn’t think possible. He challenges me and I expect to be better than I was before I had the stroke!
