They do not inform you extra of billing expenses until after the testing is complete leaving you stuck with no results, and a massive bill that you have to pay before receiving results and recommendations on how to get better. I was recommended by my daughter’s neurologist to take her to primary psychology. I have Aetna insurance. I was told prior to my first visit that Aetna was in network. Without any extra thought, my daughter attended 3 sessions to complete her academic, psychological, and cognitive testing. My interviewer/ tester was late all three sessions, the first session was over 2 hours and the last session was approximately 1 hour. For each additional hour I was charged 600 dollars making my bill well over 1200.00. As a single parent, this is impossible to pay, especially if you are not able to prepare for it when not told in advance. This is evidence, that Primary Psychology of Central Florida does not care about the health and wellbeing of your child, using financial manipulation they have successfully cheated my 8 year old daughter of receiving results and the possibility of getting help in school. There is a special place for people like this.

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT LET ANYONE CONVINCE YOU TO IGNORE THE REVIEWS!!!! They will not call you. The office only texts you. And if your signature is slightly different, like Idk you sign it electronically, they will refuse a written (non digital) in person signature. Damaris will tell you they will bi pass the signature but then she will text you something different. It is ridiculous. There is a reason no one was in the lobby when I tried to sign paperwork in person. There is a reason they have unlimited availability. Bc no one wants to go there. The picture below is text proof of the contradictionary statements of this company.

I do not recommend this place, not because of the therapists but because of the staff. My therapist is great and this is why I have not stopped my services with this office. However, dealing with the staff is like pulling teeth. They never answer the phone, they don’t call back after several voicemails, and they don’t even respond to text messages. I have been trying to reach the billing department since August 12 and I have yet to hear back from them. Unprofessional is an understatement.

From day one before I came to the office Idaly was extremely amicable and understanding while speaking on the phone, answering questions and texting updates and information as well. Ms. Melissa Londoño was super nice, profesional and very patient as well. She treated me as if she had known me before. She was sweet and made it interesting instead of stressful and boring.

They care more about their reviews then actually helping your kid. So if you want a response from them, write a bad review. If you want an actual appointment, bargain with them with a fake good review.

NEVER come here. I’ve been calling for months over my son’s evaluation. After leaving a bad review they FINALLY call back and apologize. They will only give you an appointment IN RETURN OF REMOVING THE BAD REVIEW. Save yourself time and take your child to a place that actually cares about your child’s actual health 🙂

After hearing the staff here does not call you back until you write a bad review, it’s fair to say that the organization is unprofessional, their communication is terrible, and they do not care to establish a good reputation with potential patients.
