At Primrose the curriculum is thoughtfully designed, blending play with learning. Our children has thrived in activities that promote social skills, motor development, and cognitive growth. The themed projects and outdoor playtime are highlights of the day, sparking enthusiasm and joy.
Communication with parents is excellent. Regular updates and parent-teacher meetings ensure we’re involved in our child’s progress. It’s clear that the teachers are dedicated to creating a supportive community. We LOVE Primrose!

This is the best school our child has attended in NWA (and we've tried a few of the "best"). Some things that set apart Primrose from the others are as follows: cleanliness, honesty/openness, staff (from all parts of the school, not just the teachers), owners, and curriculum. My son has loved being at this school since day 1, and the staff always tells us what's happening in his class. During the early days of covid we were at a different school and had a horrible experience with how they were handling things, and were hesitant to try another. After visiting Primrose, our minds were set and we knew they'd take great care of our kid and also provide us with communication when we needed it. Responses are timely and thorough, the staff lets us know things ahead of time, and the facilities are clean and bright and FUN for the kids. All around the best school in the area.

Primrose is hands down the best school in the area. Our son is always excited to go to school and see his teachers and friends. The curriculum they have is one of the best around! Our son has learned so much in just the short 6 months that they have been open. The facility is super clean and they teach the children about cleanliness as well as practice it on a daily basis. The owners and leadership members are always there to greet us with a smile. They truly care about the children. Thank you for everything you do!

We have been at Primrose a little over a year now and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful EVERYTHING has been. The owners and admin has been great. The teachers are all fantastic. We have been in 2 different classrooms and the head teacher in each of the classes has been the same the entire time we have been there, which I know in this type of setting teacher turnover can be high. My child thrives on consistency and having the same teacher has been great. He learns a lot and loves going to school.

Our daughter has attended Primrose for almost a year. She loves it and so do we! The teachers and staff are knowledgeable and kind. The facilities are always clean, and she has only been sick twice since being there (which is unheard of in a daycare). She has grown so much this past year. We are so happy we enrolled her here!

This new facility is excellent. The staff are friendly and the ownership is very hands on and involved in day-to-day operations. Primrose sets itself apart in several ways. First, hygiene and cleanliness is integrated throughout the day. Students wash their hands upon arrival and multiple times throughout the day. It's not just on the schedule, they actually do it. In addition, our daughters loved the consistently positive and high quality learning environment. This started when we walked in the door and continued until we left the building at the end of the day. Lastly and most importantly in my opinion, the teachers were a perfect blend of professional and caring toward the students. These are characteristics that are hard to achieve and maintain. They've done an excellent job thus far. There are at least two bonuses to Primrose that most other facilities do not match. The first is that parents don't need to bring in bedding. The facility provides them. This is hugely helpful. In addition, our daughters love the meals and snacks. They vary the menu and introduce students to new, quality foods. Some will say that Primrose is expensive. In this case, you get what you pay for and it is just better all around. I hope this facility will continue to focus on quality. Currently, the quality is the best in NWA.

Limited hours and the front office staff are why we left. The teachers are great and down to earth, they really love the kids BUT the front office and owners seem to just see you as another paycheck. Facility is clean, teachers are great! I really dont feel like the cost of tuiton was worth it. They seem to be fine with bad behavior with some kids and not with others. I worked there and left my son there after parting ways for a different employer, so I have seen both sides. Would not recommend, there are places that are more focused on the child at a much better cost.

We have been on a waiting list since November of 2016 for our first son who we are expecting May 31st, 2017. We met the owners before the school even opened. We were told we would have no problem getting in to the daycare in mid-August, 2017 and we paid our deposit. The owner even gave us a speech about his experience being on waiting lists and not getting their child in for daycare and the challenges they had with it. He assured us that we should not have any issues. We called throughout the pregnancy and were still told we had nothing to worry about in terms of getting our baby enrolled in August. Our baby is coming in less than a week now. We called to confirm our spot once again. We were told for the first time they bumped us back to January or April!!! The sad thing is they didn't even give us a courtesy call to let us know there was any change or that we should make other arrangements. Now we are left expecting our first child in less than one week and I have no child care arranged when I need to go back to work. Absolutely a horrible experience. If you choose Primrose, I hope you have several backup plans and if they say they have a spot for you, proceed with caution. No matter how far in advance you complete your enrollment paperwork and submit your deposit.
