I contacted Rachel about a year ago when my marriage was falling apart. I was desperate and really felt like nothing could help. Rachel met with me and my husband and got an in depth perspective of the issues we’ve been dealing with for the past 20 years. She guided us through the process. I wasn’t a person that opened up in general, and that was one of the reasons detrimental to my marriage. I realized I needed to change if we were ever going to have a meaningful marriage again, and that’s when Rachel came into the picture. She listened to our problems, and ask questions that we never asked ourselves. Rachel never judged us, and was understanding of our situation. She taught us mechanisms on how to recognize conflict, and also how to resolve conflict through practicing life scenarios, to help us hone our skills. She was instrumental on getting our marriage back on track again. I highly recommend her for counseling if you need help with relationship problems.
