Excellent Doctors and staff. Flexible scheduling. My knee ailment was relieved as a result of physical therapy at ProResults. I can return to rigorous and intense training pain free.

Can’t say enough good things about the team at the Escondido ProResults. Went in at my doctor’s suggestion to try to help my knees. I was very skeptical initially because my knees are worn out bone to bone. They were able to relieve much of my pain through targeted exercises.

I have been working with the facility for the last month after an elbow surgery and have been very pleased! There's not a single person there , amongst their large staff, that I did not feel comfortable with. (Via is especially great! )They have all been very attentive to my needs and patient in making sure that I understand all of the steps and exercises in my healing. I have enjoyed working with each person there and would highly recommend this facility!

I started physical therapy at Pro Results in December 2023 after my first total knee replacement. My previous experiences with rehab had never been great- but this has been a completely different experience. On my first visit, Dr. Via conducted a very thorough review of where I was at physically and mentally- and she immediately put me on the fast track to a successful come back. Not only is she masterful at manipulating the human body, but she is also very compassionate and truly motivational. She is backed by a very competent group of associates who make sure you do your exercises properly and in accordance with the therapy plan. A strong support staff, lead by Cynthia, will make sure you get scheduled in a timely manner and deal with all the insurance requirements so that all you have to do is show up and focus on getting right again. They are kind, courteous and very professional. The staff at Pro-Results will make every effort to make you whole again no matter what difficulties you are facing. I have seen this in my own success as well as that of many others who are there recovering from surgery, injury or just worn out bodies. I owe Dr. Via and the Pro Results staff more than I could ever repay for getting me through this challenging time. Thank you all.

The office has a terrible communication with the patients. Staff scheduling appointments, knowing that the office will be closed. I stopped by to question them as why they were scheduling my mother for an appointment, knowing that they have an all staff meeting. Dr. Via Estanislado was really rude about the response as why they were close.

I’ve been coming here for a while and the staff are amazing. Cynthia is great and checks me in right away. I usually work with Steve or Megan in the beginning of the visit and they are always sure to ask how I’m feeling, how the last visit went, anything new regarding the condition. Jesse is usually the one who helps me through the exercises and is sure to push me to complete each exercise. Overall this office is amazing and all the staff are great to work with!

I had the pleasure of working with two great ladies today,Megan and Amelia. They took their time and answered all my questions in detail so I understood what they were saying…no second guessing. I had a good work out but not over done, they really seem to know what they’re doing. They both were very friendly and seem to care about my health and how I’m progressing.
