At first I was nervous because I did not know how my interaction With him would it be but he was very easy-going and so easy to talk to. I look forward to scheduling a follow up appointment with him just to share my experience. Amazing doctor I highly recommend and June his assistant gets 5 STARS as well.☺️ let me note this is for DR. COHEN after reading other reviews I figured to salute the Doctor that o worked with along with his assistant. TWO AMAZING INDIVIDUALS ‼️

Honestly, the experience I have had with this place has been VERY BAD! Which is shocking because my partner is a patient and has great experiences with them. I started to try to get help managing my ADHD which is affecting my work. I was put on some off-label medication which did NOT help my ADHD a lot but it gave me nauseas and made my suicidal ideation worse. I could not reach out to my provider so I called the office and left multiple messages, EXPRESSING the issue with my suicidal ideation and they did not even cared to reach back. Honestly, that is outrageous.

Booked an appointment for the sole purpose of getting a refill only for them not to refill it. Their phones don't work. Every time I call, it either drops or transfers to a new line that isn't owned by the practice. The one time I did get through, the receptionist said they couldn't make a note to the doctor, and that I would have to go through medical records. After they transferred me to the medical records department, the line dropped, and I haven't been able to contact them again. Don't waste your time or money here.

I had good experiences.with this center Very helpful assistive sometime busy remember to give them time when possible but there are options for appointments when busy online as well as receptionist Very knowledgeable they are very professional and take care of your needs and take care of you in a wellness manner and form thank you psychiatric specialty for having me

Horrible experience !! Impossible to reach by phone. I came in on time they told me I was late then had to argue with them to take me after a long drive to get there. Seen the doctor she sent an Rx that’s not covered by my insurance. Attempted to switch since Thursday. Today is Monday and still nothing. Not great for psychiatric needs !
