I rarely write reviews but I have to warn people. I have been a telepsychiatry patient here for a handful of months now, but definitely less than a year. Within this time frame I have had multiple issues with the front desk staff and the billing department. There seems to be absolutely no communication or organization in this office at all.

The first issue I came across was a problem with my prescription. I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and they said they did not have a prescription for me. I called the office multiple times for a few days in a row because they said they would take care of it, but I still didn't have my medication. I called and called but ran out of my medication for FIVE DAYS before my next appointment. I literally ran out of my medication and they didn't tell my provider there was even a problem or that I called about my prescription. My provider, Ryan, ended up giving me a way to contact her directly after that in case it happened again. She's one of the only reasons I continued to deal with the office.

They also filed my insurance wrong which led to me being overcharged for a visit. Gustavo, the office manager, was able to have billing fix it after a week or so with me calling him to check in on it multiple times. Gustavo told me I had a $50-$60 CREDIT on my account because I overpaid when billing messed up. Meaning they should use that credit to pay for my appointments. Well they didn't, of course. I've had two appointments since that incident and they were trying to charge me for the first one, but I mentioned the credit and they didn't charge my card. However, just this past week on December 8th they charged my credit card for the most recent appointment I had. The price I pay for each appointment is $8 and some change mind you. The credit should allow me multiple appointments and was, again, one of the only reasons I kept dealing with the office.

Overall this place does not have any communication or anything and it is really starting to feel like they want to scam patients out of money. They don't want to do their jobs well, they just want to get paid and ignore the rest. I will be ending my appointments with this office and I really wish I didn't have to because Ryan Callahan, my provider, has been nothing but wonderful and helpful.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE. Charging me for appointments that never took place, phone lines are always “out of service.” They have changed their name multiple times and they keep going in and out of business. Truly the worst DR experience of my life. Do not give your credit card/insurance info to these people.

The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They don’t get back to you. They hung up on me a few times. My prescription is never right. Every month is an issue. They charged me for my appointment and I waited on telehealth and nobody showed up. I called them and they left me on hold and then never got back to me. They are a mess and they shouldn’t be in charged of handling anyone’s mental health being this unorganized. Seriously it is not okay and someone needs to hire professionals. Words can’t describe how upset this place has made me.

Worse experience ever! Everything is an issue in this office and everyone is very unprofessional. I struggle monthly to get my husbands medicine ordered on time. I basically have to do their job for them or it won’t get ordered like last month they let the time lapse for him and he was late to receive a very important injection. If they had an option for 0 stars that’s what I would rate this office! Poor excuse of a doctors office especially for the psychiatric field.

I made a follow up appointment and when the time came I was told it was moved to Friday. The woman I spoke to said she sent me an email, called and left me a voicemail which I did not get. I told her it’s about my medicine the doctor prescribed that it’s not working and asked if I could just speak with her over the phone for a few mins. She said yes let me get a ahold of her and have her call you right back. I waited an hour and still did not receive a call. I recommend going to someone else who takes your health more seriously.

Unorganized and money hungry. Doesn’t care about people, problems with billing and Robert constantly. Wendy is rude, everytime I ask to speak to manager or some one else they say no one is here. They whisper amongst each other’s because they themselves don’t know what to do. The doctors are great. Ryan C Is amazing. It’s the management and policy. I been here for a month. They always canceling appts. Do yourself a favor and save the anxiety! As a mixed women I wanted to support this black owned business but smh 🤦‍♀️

Love these guys! The staff are very very nice - and I cannot say enough how highly I regard my therapist Nadene - I look forward to our meetings because this is the first time I've felt heard since I can remember. She has helped me find healthy habits and ways to cope with my problems and I am so greatful for her! My psychiatrist Jennifer is equally as effective - she's attentive and quick to help me with any medication questions. I've had no problems with getting my medications refilled, and love the virtual aspect of everything. My only real issue is there are a lot of reminder texts and emails, but not a bad thing with ADHD.

Thank you!

I have been a patient of this office for a few months now and the ONLY reason I still am is because of my AMAZING psychiatrist Ryan Callahan.
The receptionists who work here (in any branch because I have spoke to MANY) are VERY uncompassionate and unorganized. I will say I have talked to about 2 people who were actually helpful and were able to guide me in right direction or provide assistance. On my first appointment, I scheduled to go to the LW office to see a provider (who I assumed was Dr.Davis) except no one told me who I was seeing and when I got there my appointment was apparently in the Delray Beach office which is 40 mins from my house. I ended up going to Delray 2 hours later for an appt. and I told the office manager about the issue and he did not seem to care, like it was a normal thing. This schedule mishap happened multiple times and they just seem super uncoordinated with their scheduling services and communicating. Luckily, in this mess I have found an amazing provider Ryan, who actually takes the time with me and is the most compassionate psychiatrist I have ever met. She makes me feel super comfortable and is always able to solve my problems or provide an answer to who can. If it was not for her I would be long gone from this office. I think this office has a long way to go to reach some good standards of care regarding the front office staff.
