Took my daughter here years ago and was very disappointed. The summary we received we could tell when they quoted our daughter it was NOT our daughter as she NEVER spoke as such. We then found out the dr is not the one who evaluated her or tested her, but rather an internist (which explains why our daughters words were falsified). It was stated in the report that our daughter would exhibit anger and when I questioned that I was told that she may not currently show anger but she will. It’s been years later and our daughter never shows anger and is the sweetest child (even at current age of 17). When we received the summary the entire first paragraph was wrong. The dr interviewed us on intake asking who lives in the household, you know, simple questions. However, she made multiple mistakes. When we called to have the report corrected from the drs mistakes we were told it would be a $50 deductible fee. Wait, what? To have the drs mistakes corrected? Why should we pay for this? In the report it was also stated that our daughter would be able to live on her own once an adult?! Interesting. A Fetal Alcohol Syndrome child with a mentality of a 5-7 yr old? Since then we have had our daughter retested and the dr who tested her said this place was crazy to ever suggest that she would be able to live on her own let alone be left alone. We have since been referred here by two other drs for two other children and they made note of our experience and showed them report from Dr. They no longer refer patients to this dr office. The dr may be good, but we would not know as she messed up reporting the interview of parents properly and had an intern do all the testing. We weren't paying $50 for a follow up to have her mistakes corrected.

My experience with Dr. Lavelle was truly a privileged one. The results of my testing were perfectly spot on and revealed everything I needed (and wanted) to have in order to go about treating myself thoroughly and correctly.
When toiling with the decision of getting professional help or not, please remember that these people day in and day out work with, study, and analyze people objectively as a career. Despite being somewhat costly, It was worth every penny to be tested thoroughly and have such tangible results. I'm on track to recovery thanks to the accuracy of my analysis.

I even misunderstood some separate points about my report and emailed regarding these concerns. Like perhaps many of you, I was expecting the usual deference to make an appointment and go through some meticulous process... To my astonishment, my doctor offered to call and clarify my points and concerns, and did so the very next day. I'm not sure if this will apply to everyone but I was quite elated to have this experience.

P.S. @the very promising student whom administered many of my tests- Sorry I forgot your name, but my experience with you was very comfortable and candid. After seeing the sheer amount of organized data in my report, It's clear that you were very attentive and proficient in your work which was surprising considering the social engagement we had throughout the process.

So here is the thing Im calling for information to make an appoitment for my son and they just hanged up on me, so far for beign the "best" if you are going to hang up on people, based on that I Wil find another place, but a little advice for NEXT TIME. If you are occupied just say so, there is nothing wrong by saying" Good Morning can you please hold".
