Dr Miles has been a life saver for me. Even when she had to move her practice to the next town over, I continue to see her because she is so amazing. I feel heard, validated and like I finally have someone on my side. I cant recommend her enough.

Unavailable, non-responsive and a total waste of time. Working hours? Not as stated either on the website or the recorded outgoing phone message. Incredibly, they ask you to reach out via their gmail (a really bad idea for lots of reasons, including HIPAA. Just don't.) PRA isn't professional and doesn't want your business. Save time & energy: look elsewhere.
