I have been bringing my daughters here to see Sean Steven's for a few months and every week there's an issue either with scheduling or the therapist is late, not just a few minutes but 15-20 minutes. They change your appointment the day before without confirming if it works for you. The staff is so unprofessional and so disorganized they are never on the same page. Staff brings there babies to work and they look like they just rolled out of bed. Phones are never answered and calls are never returned. Therapist doesn't listen to any of my daughters concerns or issues there dealing with. It's a joke I would recommend not wasting your time cause that's all it is. Good luck to anyone who comes here. I would give negative stars but won't allow.

ALWAYS running behind. So if your appointment is at 3 be prepared to wait until 330. They will change your appointment time without your consent. The therapist doesn't really listen to the kids when a problem is happening. Personal experience.

Always a problem with their phone lines. Best bet is to stop by and make several appointments in advance and pray they don't change them without you knowing. Also, wasn't a fan of the therapist in a professional manner. She was past her prime and out of touch with modern times.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Caryn Landy is by far the worse therapist ever. My daughter was cutting her self do to depression and once Caryn found out about it she had the nerve to judge my daughter and tell her she was just looking for attention and throwing "a hissy fit" which made my daughter go into a deeper depression!! That it not what a therpist is supposed to do!! She is way too old and needs to retire already.

I use to see Caryn and I really don't like her. I couldn't talk to her about anything without her telling me I was wrong for feeling the way I was. I love my new therapist
