I have been seeing Dr. Chapman forever and I just think she is very competent and knowledgeable about her practice. I have also seen a few therapists in the office. Matt at the Rogers location was incredible, but then I tried to switch to a woman - I don’t remember her name, and she said one of the most offensive and upsetting things she could have possibly said. I’m still giving this place 5 stars though because I do really like Dr. Chapman. She always tries hard to get me the right medications despite my insurance being a huge pain. And because my former therapist Matt was one of the best therapists I’ve had.

I've been seeing Kathy Jordan for years and she has been an amazing therapist to say the least. I can confidently say her treatment has altered thr course of my life for the better!

This place is awesome. I have some serious mental health issues, so I have seen a lot of providers over the years. Some of those providers (psychiatrists and therapists) just weren't a good fit. One was even unethical. It is always scary or at least a little uncomfortable to go to a new provider. BUT this place is awesome! The staff is always super nice. The place is clean and cute. Dr. Murphy is incredible. She is open minded, non-judgmental, very practical, and overall just a blessing. Dr. Chapman has showed great interest in my well-being. She has helped me with my depression and anxiety- something that my other doctors put on a back burner behind my greater, more visible mental illnesses. I am very grateful for her!

Started seeing Stephanie Naples and explained that my schedule for work was different each week so I really didn’t love scheduling out because I wasn’t sure I would for sure be able to make it. I had to reschedule twice due to being called into work. They charged me $150 per missed visit. Amazing how last time I went in I had a $30 credit now I owe $300 Clearly they’re not concerned with the well-being of patients and much more concerned with charging astronomical missed appointment fees.

The staff at Psychology and Counseling Associates is always prompt and pleasant to talk with! They give ample appointment reminders, and in the few years I've been a patient, I have never had a bad experience here. Dr. Chapman is compassionate and very up front; she never fails to make me feel heard and helped.

I switched from looking into another practice to this one. The support staff were wonderful. They told me up front what my obligation would be and if the providers in the practice took my insurance and what my charges would be before I met my deductible. I met one therapist and the whole experience was very helpful. I had to wait less than a week for my appointment. I was told up front that if a referral to the psychiatrist was needed, it would be a longer wait for an appointment, but I knew this was to be expected. I highly recommend them.

Two years of doing every single thing my doctor and other professionals told me to do at this place. The time, the money. I was misdiagnosed, mistreated, destroying 2 years of my life. At the hands of professionals, that have a “best of” sign in their lawn. I would pick any other facility on the street. And then what they do after they make a mistake, well, they didn’t care about any of that until their mistake affected them.. the only time I felt like I mattered was after they released my medical records out of HIPAA compliance. Beware. If this is the best Fayetteville has a BIG problem.

After two weeks of trying to get an appointment and giving the office my health reccods and setting up an appointment the office told me they no longer excepted my insurance, raising the price of one visit up to $300. Throughout the whole process the office was aware of my financial situation and at the last minute stuck me with a huge bill. Now I have to restart the process of finding a new doctor after this office wasted over two weeks of my time.
