Excellent experience working with Haylee, PT, and her assistant Jake S. Haylee is easy going and very knowledgeable. She created quite an array of exercises during the course of my time at PT Solutions in Dunedin. Both Haylee and Jake were consistently encouraging and I want to share so inspirational for me to want to want to improve and try my best throughout my 3 months of knee rehabilitation. I am so grateful for their help and positive ways. Would highly recommend.

PT Solutions was my third physical therapy business that I used after being diagnosed with a grade 3 hamstring tear. I visited many Dr's & thought it was hopeless. Emmy Saathoff, PT, was very competent, calm and skilled. She gave me exercises to work on at home in addition to the ones I did each week at the office. She also administered dry needling, cupping & massage which decreased my pain. I was unable to sit or sleep without experiencing sharp pain for 18 months. Right now I'm pain free. Based on the care I received, I would not hesitate to endorse PT.

I am usually wary of physical therapy when it is ordered, and have, in other practices in the past, found it to be a waste of my time. I have to say, this time was different. Resulting from a running injury, I had been suffering for months from damaged tendons in my lower legs and a stress fracture in my right ankle. I got a recommendation from a good sports podiatrist who treated my injuries, and then sent me for rehab at PT Solutions of Dunedin. The first time I walked through their doors, though, it was clear the patients here were not just going through the motions. It was filled with people who were clearly getting solid advice, working hard and seeing results. There were patients of all ages, genders, sizes and shapes with all manner of soft tissue and orthopoedic issues, including athletes coming back from injury. I was assigned to Eva who cheerfully evaluated my abilities and limitations, then pulled out the most extensive toolbox of exercises and advanced therapy techniques I had ever seen to design a custom program that would fix me. In the ensuing three months, she would go above and beyond, not just treating the injury itself but revealing other weaknesses and old injuries that had, unknowingly, been contributing to my diagnosed pain. I have never been so impressed, not just because she was so thorough, but because she took the time, and so much delight in making my recovery fun. She worked with me to incorporate exercises I already knew, to encourage me to push my treatment envelope when appropriate, but she’d never let me go off the rails either. She always encouraged feedback, and welcomed whatever I had to say, especially if it was something we could incorporate together Into my program. I saw this happening all over the room — therapists working with their patients to make them better — so much more than just checking off prescribed boxes during a one-hour appointment. PT Solutions of Dunedin takes an organic approach to each individual’s physical therapy journey. It really worked for me, and, coming from a skeptic, I can’t offer a higher recommendation.

Edit # 2. This place is practicing billing fraud. They are billing at a much higher rate as if they did their services in a hospital. I’m sure they are billing Medicare for much higher amounts than they should. Stay away from them. Edit: seems this place practices some shady billing procedures. I tried to resolve this with them but they were suspiciously silent. Finally got my insurance company to rectify it. This is part of why our premiums are so high, billing exorbitant amounts for a simple PT session.

I don’t know what to say about this place. They charged my insurance company $1,900 for two PT sessions, and are expecting me to pay additional money other than my co-pay. Trying to sort it out. So be careful when they tell you what your co-pay is. What place charges almost $1,000 a PT session? Fraudulant!

My Therapist Dr. Hayley was the BEST! I had a total shoulder replacement on April 29, 2024 from a fracture falling off my bike…I attended therapy at first 3x week, then 2x week for 4 1/2 months…I would cry from the pain in the beginning and left yesterday laughing, only to cry again having to say good bye to Hayley…Thank you again Hayley! Miss you already, and all of the nice patients I met during my treatment program.

Hayley was terrific in her therapy with me. A total ankle replacement is very difficult especially at my age. but she truly kept me going. Everyone at the Main St. Dunedin were great!!! 10 stars is still not enough.

Eva and Emmy were absolutely fantastic Physical Therapists. Jasmine, who was an intern, was excellent at helping me get my knees back into shape. After PT there, I can climb stairs without intense pain. The entire staff is very professional, the facility is clean, but the warmup machines are broken down and gross. The bike makes noises and the walking machine has melted sticky spots on it which stuck to my phone. The corporate office needs to fix this problem. I highly recommend using PT Solutions in Dunedin, but maybe do your warmup at home because the corporate office doesn’t want to fix the machines!

Haley and Katharine did a wonderful first visit. We first went over a questionnaire of my overall health and pain levels.
Then we started with benchmarking my stretch and pain degrees. Plus other exercises that I can do while wearing a sling. Great job. Little pain during the session, but I felt the work later that morning.
