I always eenjoyed visiting this facility! The staff is amazing, my therapist is great. I can feel a big difference after every session. I feel so much better now, to say the least!

Had my first appointment today, and very pleased with this establishment. Everyone very friendly and helpful, very clean and comfortable. Was very impressed with my therapist Katie Anderson, seemed very knowledgeable and I feel she is really going to help me out. Feeling positive.

My PT Amanda was amazing. I was having serious concerns about my training injury to my pectoral muscles which caused me much stress. Her evaluation of my injury and subsequent exercise recommendations were spot on. I expect my recovery to move in positive directions after meeting with her.

Brittany, the therapist was very good. No complaints there. The problem is with billing. They consider themselves part of Advent Hospital. I have Aetna insurance. PT Solutions is in my network. My copay is clearly stated however it was not applied. I was told Copays on regular outpatient therapy are billed differently because of their hospital affiliation. I guess you have to be on Medicare or Medicaid to be able to afford them. Price gouging at its best. Ridiculous pricing. Definitely ask for cost before you show up.

I called their office to find out if they do helmet for a baby flat head, the girl that answered the phone puts on hold than said " he said yes we do " i made an appointment and gave my insurance info. They called me to let me know there was issue submitting the insurance so I was thinking of making first appointment which is consultation for helmet with no insurance she told me it is $120 without insurance, so I decided to change the appointment for later to go with the insurance.. any way they had to take the copay a day before. I got there the day of waited for Brittney when I met her she was surprised and said they don't do baby helmet there so that's was it. I left there within 25 minutes not happy but at list I got info where to go from Brittney. Imagine my surprised when 4 weeks later I get a bill from them that they billed my insurance $850 !!!!!@! My insurance paid $555 and they still want me to pay $248 balance!!! After I put 90 copay towards 120 dollars bill without insurance. I contacted them they said they billed it by mistake under the wrong code and they will call me. They called me a week later saying they still trying but Advance Health which is their company don't want to cancel it. I contacted Advance health and they don't care. This is against the law to bill insurance more than what you bill without insurance. I did contact my insurance company and dispute my balance and what they paid them. This is crazy!!!

Very friendly staff. Facility was clean, up to date equipment and professional therapists. I felt comfortable and well cared for from the moment I stepped tgeough the door. Highly recommend.

My 1 year old goes to physical therapy , They have the nice most friendliest staff at the front desk. And Brittany her Therapist is a mobility guru. I couldn't ask for a better team to help Celeste learn to crawl and walk. They are so committed to their patients well being and it really shines through in the results I've witnessed.
