Puckett Physical Therapy -

At 47 I have always felt in top physical condition. In January of 2024 I had a severe injury. For months I was convinced I would be able to heal myself. After 5 months of no improvement I booked some professional PT sessions with the Dr. I was reluctant and skeptical. However; immediately into the first session I realized the difference between self help - and an actual professional - like Dr. Puckett. Tim has been amazing. After a few sessions I started regaining my mobility and reducing my pain. Tim’s has a great attitude and is extremely knowledgeable. His guidance and motivation got me back on track. I am a local mountain bike guide and had a scheduled trip to Colorado that I was convinced I wouldn’t be able to go on. Before my PT sessions with Tim I was struggling to tie my shoes - and after a few sessions, utilizing Tim’s exercise suggestions, & strength training - I was able to go on my Colorado adventure and to this day am feeling in my best shape. Came to Tim with lingering knee and hip issues that hadn't been solved after seeing three other physical therapists. In just six sessions he got me back to doing what I love pain free again. In addition to prescribing exercises do to at home and dry needling, Tim took the time to explain how the affected muscle groups function, what they are responsible for, what happens why there is muscle tighteness and weaknesses, why it was causing pain, and how to treat it. This knowledge will be help me stay healthy for a long time.

I was dealing with shoulder pain that made so many daily activities miserable and after months of chiropractic and myofacial work I decided to try Tim out. I would highly reccommend Dr. Puckett to anyone needing any physical therapy. I went to Tim with a shoulder injury. After our first session, he gave me confidence that I would again be able to do activities that provided me relief and joy. After successfully rehabbing my shoulder, we moved on to my knee. I had had two ACL replacements and suffered an injury to my "good" knee that again made me feel like my active years might be behind me. His expertise, positive attitude, constant support, and approach to patient accountability made me feel like I could again do all the physical activities that I enjoyed before my injury....and I am happy to say that I can! I can't thank him enough for giving me back my active lifestyle. He's a great PT and an even better man.

Tim Puckett Physical therapy is amazing. I am so happy I chose Tim to help me after my accident with my shoulder rather than the more typical “doc in the box”. Tim fit me in on very short notice, and worked with my schedule. Tim took the time every session to listen and customize treatments to my progress and explain everything we were doing. Tim is easily the best physical therapist I have ever been to. He takes the time to customize each session to fit your needs. For example, some weeks we did dry needling with estim, some weeks we did massage, and every week we incorporated new exercises and stretches to match my progress. In just six weeks working with Tim, I’ve noticed a huge improvement with an injury I’ve been struggling with for over two years.
