I’m really grateful for the aftercare service at this daycare. It’s been a huge help for our family. They pick up my kids directly from school, which makes things so much easier, especially with my busy work schedule. The staff is great—they’re kind and really seem to care about the kids. The place also always smells really good.. My children always come home talking about the activities they did and how much fun they had. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in a safe and supportive environment until I can pick them up. They always answer, take the time to explain everything, and the director is so so nice! I highly recommend this daycare to any parent 🌹

My baby started going there when she was about 3 months old. I became very fond of Aleida the teacher in the baby room because she seem to genuinely care about my daughter. But, once she became one and started going to the one year old class i noticed the rest of the teachers had very bad attitudes they act like they did not want to be there, when i dropped her off in the morning they barely acknowledged us, i could not get good morning out of any of them.

And then she started coming home with scratches all over her face, one day i picked her her face was all scratched up. No one could tell me what had happened they insisted she did them to herself, which would have been impossible . And it happened again same story she did it to herself. I make it a point to cut her nails to avoid situations like that. I could only assumed that another kid scratched her while the teacher was not looking as mentioned by another reviewer the classes are overcrowded, at one point they had 8 babies per teacher.

I had to take my baby out of there because of the unwillingness of the manager to own what had happened to her face and because of the very unfriendly teachers they have on staff. One day i dropped off my daughter this poor little baby was there sitting on a high chair crying with his pacifier in his had he had to be about 6 months the teacher was there walking around, heating her breakfast or something she did not even look at the child. You are supposed to be taking care of peoples babies for crying out loud. Some of us are working very hard so we can put our kids in day care, we deserve better from you. I would not recommend this place to any parent who truly cares about their children.

If you love your kids don't put them here. They abused my Autistic son. The lady is super rude my son cried everyday. Now he is in school he is a different kid. They let the kids fight and barely watch them. Not be rude but it welfare mom who choose this ghetto daycare

Sure the teachers are the best in fact i still stay in contect with them! Mine was here too long. The director / owner of school whom youll never see has these great teachers over-worked she actually thinks she is rich with this business she only cares for the money; too many kids per teacher way more then 14 especially age 2 and 3, they dont turn anyone away. Kids run around in circles in one small room, this is no way of exposing your child to a some what quality education when in fact these are the best years to do so. No function, no order whats so ever no real love in teaching because this director does not imply this important factor; a good school has directors or owner on site.

The teachers will be watching kids and leave them to receive payments from parents and then write them a receipt for it, I caught them three times doing so the fourth I took mine out. They will have way more kids then expected and overlap on teachers schedule so they dont get caught. Mine had a bruse once on her head no one had any idea how it got there, of course ! Other time a girl scratched her face and they didnt even know the protocol. Baby room had the best teacther and now she is gone so thats really sad, she was with daycare 8 years she watched mine and I was forever greatfull. Play area in front is rusted out pointy edges very dangerous which I later reported.
Its not worth what can happen to your kid here save the trouble and find somthing that cost a lil more. Too many kids not enough care per kid at all and no education and structure which is the most important

I loved this daycare, my daughter started to excelled very quickly once she started going to Pumkinshell. I would recommend any one to take there kids here well worth it. Good memories there.

This is the worst daycare ever , they feed the kids stale biscuit beat them on there heads so there's no sign for you to see . Please don't bring your children here , they are wolves in sheep clothing as soon as you leave they will abuse your child . I learned the hard way and had to take my child to the emergency room after picking him up , please don't leave your child here to be abused.

2 of my Kids attended there and I can't complain at all. Very Clean. My kids never got sick.
