I first met Mary during physical therapy in Maryland. When I needed an excellent PT again, I knew exactly who to call - even though she was now in Florida! Mary didn't let the distance stop her from helping. Through video calls, texts, and personalized exercises, I'm now stronger with better mobility. About 10 years ago I had a total of 4 back surgerys to relieve severe back pain and trouble moving my right leg. After the surgeries I got no relief. I had about 170 sessions of physical therapy over the 10 years at various locations but none gave much relief . My pain was getting worse and I was walking with two canes.

I found Mary through a friend and scheduled a session. Mary did an evaluation and we started working on her plan. Mary was very patient and caring. When I started the therapy I was at a pain level of 6 to 8. I had serve spasms that stopped most of my activities. Using her exercise program and therapy we were able to reduce my pain level to a level that allowed me to resume my life.
Mary was very creative in her approach to finding and relieving both my pain and spasms.

I had only been sleeping a about 3 to 4 hours a night. With the pain reduced I now sleep 7 hours.

My life is much better and I can now do my daily living.

If you have chronic pain that is stopping your life, let Mary do an evaluation. She will give you an honest evaluation. She really cares and can change your life.

I was in Florida for the Winter and was having severe neck spasms. I had met Mary the previous year, and scheduled four sessions with her. Mary was very thorough, kind and professional. She taught me exercises that could do on my own and made it clear that I
needed to do them several times a day.
I truly cannot say enough about how much she helped me. I am back in Illinois now, continue to do my exercises and have not had any painful spasms for weeks.
Mary is the real deal and I highly recommend her.

I had knee surgery in Michigan right before I came to Florida for the winter. I thought that the one on one therapy that I got from Mary was the best. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Having been diagnosed with a torn PCL level-2, I feel absolutely blessed to have met Mary at one of the tournaments at the Pickle Plex in Punta Gorda. Mary is a qualified and caring provider who spends an inordinate amount of time with her patients to ensure they maximize the benefits of each “PT” session. And folks, after spending more than two decades in the healthcare business, I can assure you that in an age of the “hurry-up-get-it-done” and bill the insurance carrier - Mary - is a most welcomed provider…for she CARES! Mary Naylor has been a life changer for me !
I've been diagnosed with IC and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is one of the very few people ( including medical field )who understands and is familiar with this condition. What a relief to find her!
She is patient ,gentle , knowledgeable- and she has given me hope ! I now get more sleep ,am more active and in much less pain than I was just 3 weeks ago !! To me this is a miracle.

OMG Mary is AMAZING!!!! My husband saw her for tinnitus. He had 2 appointments at 60 minutes each and its gone! What a great experience he had 🙂 Finding a practitioner that spends so much 1 on 1 time with you is almost unheard of these days! Highly recommend!
