Made an appointment online for same-day on Sunday, mostly because they were one of the only establishments that said they were open. Received a text saying that I was awaiting my appointment being accepted, but I needed to leave to drive the 30 minutes to be there in time. Located in a very odd and uncomfortable commercial area surrounded by semi trucks; not even a sign outside for the place. I was only able to identify by tiny text on the door, far from a professional sign. So bad, in fact, I had to take a picture. My appointment time came, never received a confirmation or non-confirmation of the appointment. Door was locked, no one was there. Drove an hour for nothing, and no communication from the place. Either you’re open or not, or your website is plain incorrect. Either way, entire experience was sketchy and odd.
