Great experience with the continuation of physical therapy for my shoulder while vacationing at Treasure Island. Dr. Sarah Cooke was thorough and friendly, and she answered and of my questions. I loved the one on one attention making sure I did all of the exercises correctly. I would definitely recommend Purpose Physical Therapy.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Sarah at Purpose PT. Under her excellent care, my injured knee has greatly improved. Over the past four months, Dr. Sarah and I worked on strengthening the muscles around my knee with targeted exercises that I could also do at home. With her extensive knowledge, encouragement, and patience, I saw significant progress. Dr. Sarah gave me hope! At Purpose Physical Therapy, Dr. Ken, Dr. Sarah, and Brianne have created a warm, cheerful, and friendly environment; it does not feel clinical at all. The office is bright and sunny; it's the perfect size for a practice with a real personal touch.

My GOOD FORTUNE. —-
I came upon
Purpose Physical Therapy on my browser searching for a business close to home.

I truly “hit the jackpot’ because my experiences there helped alleviate my neck, clavicle and arm pain from cervical spinal stenosis .

Three week, 2-3 times a week with Dr Ken Clark were perfect with his personalized care.
His professional, calming and expert approach worked.

Each day, we initially discussed the plan of care and the goal for the day.
He was particularly consistent seeking my feedback throughout the sessions.
His suggestions for home exercises has proven successful.

I would choose Purpose Physical Therapy again in the future

I went to Purpose Physical Therapy for a complete tear rotary cuff. Dr Sarah was amazing. She was very professional and took the time needed for one on one care. My shoulder has healed very nicely and I can't recommend them enough. I've been to other Physical Therapists and Purpose Physical Therapy is head and shoulders above the rest! . I'm very happy with my choice to go to them. Dr Ken and Brianne are also very pleasant. The entire staff will make you feel very comfortable from the very first visit. The setting is very relaxed there.

I was recommended to go to Purpose Physical therapy by the St Pete F45 Manager who had a fantastic experience with them and I am so glad I did ! I have been suffering from sciatica which has been incredibly painful. I saw Ken at Purpose Therapy and had an excellent experience from day 1. The practice is run efficiently and Ken really listens and cares. He developed a treatment plan in collaboration with me and all the exercises and dry needling we did helped so much. I had an upcoming trip to Europe and he has got me in great shape for it. I am so grateful to Ken and Purpose Physical Therapy. If you are thinking about coming here, do not hesitate and you won’t be disappointed!

I recently had a knee replacement and I have been at Purpose PT with Dr. Ken and Dr. Sarah with amazing results. Theyve helped me regain my strength and flexibility and have impacted my life significantly. I feel stronger and able to resume my ability to walk and bike better. I chose Purpose PT because I read the reviews online. After being in for two weeks with Dr. Sarah I agree with all the positive comments.
This is my first PT experience. I have been listened to by Sarah and I am very pleased with what she is teaching and encouraging me to do.
Brianne at the front desk is so friendly and helpful with my schedule. Dr Ken welcomed me to the office. Very professional atmosphere and definitely people oriented. Highly recommend!
