I've had constant problems with this office. QRC has been a waste of my time except for the 2 sessions I had with the 1st therapist and I no longer have patience to keep dealing with the assistants' forgetfulness, inconveniences, & rudeness.

The 2 sessions I had were with a great therapist then was contacted by one of the assistants 2 hours after my 3rd scheduled session to be notified that the therapist wouldn't be returning due to an "emergency" and they (the assistant) "forgot to call me to inform me". I was left waiting for my session to start for almost an hour before I signed off and contacted QRC to see what the situation was.

I also just found out my appt list shows I've had several previous sessions with the same therapist who left when I've only had 2. I have a session scheduled with a different therapist tomorrow (7/11/22) and it'll be my 1st with her.

There have been other constant issues but those are just a few that have left me ticked. I'm about to call it quits with QRC and be transfered back to Kaiser to see if I can find another therapist in another office who I can work with. I've NEVER experienced anything like this before when I had therapy in the past.

I have some decisions to make. In my personal opinion, I don't recommend QRC to anyone who is looking for trauma therapy. Not worth the time or stress. I know for a fact that there are other Trauma Therapists non-affiliated with QRC who will take on more clients and provide the services that are needed.
